Only point is that the portion size of the Sunday lunch SIDES were JUST slightly small, but still enough to compliment the Sunday lunch. Som e nice interesting desert options.
Staff were very polite. Reasonable price compared to many SUNDAY LUNCH places. Nice atmosphere. Overall nice relaxing experience.

Fantastic bar staff and atmosphere and if you time it right (12-3 Mon-Fri) you’ll also be rewarded with that yummy waft of food cooking too ?There’s a large selection of draught and bottled drinks with a wide range of spirits and mixers with some fab prices and deals. There’s even tea and coffee on offer too. You’ll often find a happy, waggy pooch checking for dropped pork scratchings and a bowl of water on offer in this dog friendly pub with a super beer garden. Traditional pub games are on offer from darts to pool. A fantastic function room is available that’s literally as cheap as chips (in fact nowadays probably cheaper than chips ?) and buffets can be catered for too ?? There’s huge screens in the pub and a large selection of Live sports events are shown here (often followed by a bit of karaoke or a disco ????). They offer regular events and are hosts to many a local fundraiser ??There’s a wonderful new bright and exciting children’s soft play area that has recently been created for the little tots featuring cars, toys and games and a security gate ? Sorry I mean a cute little paddock mini fence to keep them safe and within the area whilst the parents can sit at a table and chill nearby with a pint and *pie (*may not be available on the menu ?). All in all a great boozer with a friendly family atmosphere, great prices, staff, food and events….. What more could you want ?♀️ Cheers ?

24-25 The Cross, WorcesterPretty standard Starbucks. No parking as it's in the middle of a busy street. Unlike a certain coffee chain, they don't moan about app-ordering. They always seem to remember what I ordered last time. Soft seating but upholstery is a bit tatty. Never have to wait more than a few seconds to get served and never more than a few mins to get your order.
Parking: None. They cater mainly for foot passengers. It isn't the sort of place where you'd drive to specifically.

We went for an early dinner and their pizzas were all 12£, which was a great deal. For appetizers we got the Valenciana Dirty fries and the Chorizo and chicken Arancini. Both were good for their price, the fries were definitely quite filling. The Arancini came with a mayo like sauce, which in my personal opinion was a bit heavy and I think a tomato sauce would have paired better. Then we ordered the pizzas, Carne Bianca and the Manzo, and both were very delicious. Definitely would order either of those again!
Overall it was a lot of food for two people and we took leftovers home, but it was all great. The service was also nice and the atmosphere was cozy, the space was quite small but well distributed.
Would definitely recommend anyone to go and personally go back again!

The waitress heard us saying “happy anniversary” as we ? she congratulated us and had our desert decorated with happy anniversary such a lovely touch. The food was delicious. Can’t wait to go back, highly recommend.

The Old Rectifying House, N Parade, WorcesterA party of six of us went to Yeliz on Monday 14th October to celebrate my son Adam's birthday. I am not a fan of eating out in restaurants but I can honestly say I will definitely go back very soon. The food was phenomenal and very tasty with a selection of vegetarian options. The grilled meat platter was enormous with plenty of salads, dips, and bread. Baklava for dessert and Turkish coffee. The staff are great. Their chef, Osman, with whom I had a chat with explained where they source their meat from and the fact that nothing is pre-maid and warmed in a microwave, but cooked there and then. Very impressive! I had the vegetarian aubergine Duvec and it was to die for. In addition to their excellent service and great food to our surprise the staff came over to our table with musical instruments and sang a birthday song. Everybody started clapping and stood up to do a little wiggly dance. It was absolutely a fabulous night. Brilliant service, lovely food, and excellent musicians! Thank you. p.s. please open a restaurant near me. I have to travel 45 minutes on the motorway to get to you.

Tapas was nice but fish sharing platter was really dry and uninspiring - so glad we had brought out at rhe same time as tapas - it would've been a very disappointing standalone course - we left a good 50% of it. The carafe of wine which was advertusrd with the platter was in fact only a half carafe - very misleading. They were clearing stuff off the table while we were still eating and then we had to asl for the bill 3 times even though we saw the waiter we'd asked just standing at the end of the room.

Old Hill, WorcesterWe did enjoy our stay here great rooms there were a couple of things I would suggest hand sanitizer of some sort in the bathroom and was a bit noisy with doors closing by themselves in the middle of the night making ours bang and boiler going off but an excellent stay apart from that. We where surprised at the bar closing early and shutting really early on the weekend but went elsewhere for food and drinks which was a shame as their facilities there are lovely especially the outside would definitely stay there again

The restaurant is pretty cool, it was full of colour and a lovely environment to dine in. The menu was packed full of amazing sounding dishes and they were. The food was fantastic. So tasty and some of the best I have ever had. We were absolutely stuffed at the end. The staff were very nice and friendly which made the visit event better. Highly recommended.

Hubby enjoyed his filtered coffee. I had a choice of a mug or pot of tea. Went for the mug which came with hot water and teabag so could make it as weak or strong as you liked.
Breakfast came out nice and warm ,fresh and well cooked.
Cafe was spotless with nicely spaced out tables.
Noticed magazines and newpapers available to read.
Toilets nice and clean.
Friendly and very efficient staff . Lovely atmosphere.
Menu had a good choice of meals at decent prices.
Enjoyed the good value breakfast so much that we will definitely be calling in again for either breakfast or lunch .

29 Friar St., WorcesterVisited for the first time on a Saturday night. Were plenty of available tables. We had phoned in advance to ensure disabled/wheelchair access and they went to some trouble to ensure we got a really good table and to greet us on arrival. Food was standard British Chinese fayre but really nicely cooked and served. The wine list on the other hand is absolutely exceptional value. The mark-up on high quality wines is way below average so you can afford to treat yourself to something better than the standard Pinot Grigio- we tried an absolutely top class California Pinot Noir with sufficient acidity to cut through the various sauces, but there were lots of other great options. The owner was attentive and service impeccable; there if you needed, but not in your face and it didn’t feel too rushed, like many restaurants can nowadays. Will definitely be returning.

11 The Tything, WorcesterI don’t normally write bad reviews, but your customer service and delivery recently, have been awful. I ordered a takeaway on the 27th dec 5pm through just eat. You rang to say you would be later as you had no drivers, this was fine with us. We reminded you that we live in Fernhill Heath so not to deliver to Droitwich rd worcester ( which has been done many times) we got a call an hour later to say we are not answering the door, only to discover once again your at the wrong house. We requested you reheated the dishes so it would be warm, only to be told this would take another hour. We eventually got the delivery and to be fair was delicious. I had family over on the 28th and they wanted a delivery curry, in my opinion Ashley’s is the tastiest about, so we ordered again. Once again reminding you not to go to the Worcester address. You did get that bit right, but forgot some of our order, so that had to be resent, and now the food was cold. I just wish you can get your delivery’s correct as I’m now vert put off with ordering again from you.

We sat in the corner by door..there a gd size bar with like kinda cubicles then a dance floor amd smoking area..the staff here are 5 ***** THE young girls were friendly and happy..we had a great night.. there was about 12 of us and really felt comftable..atmosphere was fab...we turned up for breakfast next day and met the lush landlady and landlord..real dwn to earth people.. full english was delucious. ! No lie it was perfect .who is the chef coz they do a top banana breaky nice tea in a teapot. Toast. Came to table in minutez..no lie gutted to leave cnt wait to retrn with the lads next year. If yr visiting or passing threw go here . Its a proper pub that caters for all types. We need one in cardiff... hopeing to find jst one negative by the time i finished writing this lol..and i can honestly say i cant !? Hopefully be back... if not merry xmas lol

The serving staff were lovely, and were interested in some henna I had on my hand from a wedding i had been to. Had a lovely chat and they made me feel welcome.
I only had a latte, but it was lovely, and great just sitting on the balcony watching the day go past. Lovely experience and lovely coffee.

Fantastic bar staff and atmosphere and if you time it right (12-3 Mon-Fri) you’ll also be rewarded with that yummy waft of food cooking too ?There’s a large selection of draught and bottled drinks with a wide range of spirits and mixers with some fab prices and deals. There’s even tea and coffee on offer too. You’ll often find a happy, waggy pooch checking for dropped pork scratchings and a bowl of water on offer in this dog friendly pub with a super beer garden. Traditional pub games are on offer from darts to pool. A fantastic function room is available that’s literally as cheap as chips (in fact nowadays probably cheaper than chips ?) and buffets can be catered for too ?? There’s huge screens in the pub and a large selection of Live sports events are shown here (often followed by a bit of karaoke or a disco ????). They offer regular events and are hosts to many a local fundraiser ??There’s a wonderful new bright and exciting children’s soft play area that has recently been created for the little tots featuring cars, toys and games and a security gate ? Sorry I mean a cute little paddock mini fence to keep them safe and within the area whilst the parents can sit at a table and chill nearby with a pint and *pie (*may not be available on the menu ?). All in all a great boozer with a friendly family atmosphere, great prices, staff, food and events….. What more could you want ?♀️ Cheers ?

We went for an early dinner and their pizzas were all 12£, which was a great deal. For appetizers we got the Valenciana Dirty fries and the Chorizo and chicken Arancini. Both were good for their price, the fries were definitely quite filling. The Arancini came with a mayo like sauce, which in my personal opinion was a bit heavy and I think a tomato sauce would have paired better. Then we ordered the pizzas, Carne Bianca and the Manzo, and both were very delicious. Definitely would order either of those again!
Overall it was a lot of food for two people and we took leftovers home, but it was all great. The service was also nice and the atmosphere was cozy, the space was quite small but well distributed.
Would definitely recommend anyone to go and personally go back again!

Yeliz Blossom Room Turkish Grill Restaurant
The Old Rectifying House, N Parade, WorcesterA party of six of us went to Yeliz on Monday 14th October to celebrate my son Adam's birthday. I am not a fan of eating out in restaurants but I can honestly say I will definitely go back very soon. The food was phenomenal and very tasty with a selection of vegetarian options. The grilled meat platter was enormous with plenty of salads, dips, and bread. Baklava for dessert and Turkish coffee. The staff are great. Their chef, Osman, with whom I had a chat with explained where they source their meat from and the fact that nothing is pre-maid and warmed in a microwave, but cooked there and then. Very impressive! I had the vegetarian aubergine Duvec and it was to die for. In addition to their excellent service and great food to our surprise the staff came over to our table with musical instruments and sang a birthday song. Everybody started clapping and stood up to do a little wiggly dance. It was absolutely a fabulous night. Brilliant service, lovely food, and excellent musicians! Thank you. p.s. please open a restaurant near me. I have to travel 45 minutes on the motorway to get to you.
