Since I moved to Kidderminster earlier this year, I tried many local Indian restaurants and found them pretty average.

Being a Brummie, I’ve been spoilt with so many quality restaurants in Birmingham and I struggled to find a place with the same high standard.

Thankfully, I found Chef’s kitchen. I’ve eaten here many times now and the food is superb. I’ve tried many different dishes and they have all tasted great. The chicken chatt puri starter is lovely, and the chicken tikka starter too. I recommend the chicken madras main if you like it hot.

The staff are very friendly, and the service is excellent, as are the prices.

Chef’s kitchen is the best Indian restaurant in Kidderminster.

Street parking is poor but you can park behind on weavers wharf car park for free, after 6pm.

The Anchor is a quality local pub that's in a smashing setting and what it does serve is simply spot on. Beer, cob and crisps. Pork Pie was spot on too! Cosy, with friendly staff and hope to return soon. Love that Nightjar stout is available here.

Don't let the first room fool you - this place is huge. The food is amazing and the staff friendly. They have a great selection of drinks and a good selection of food. There's lots of room for parties big and small. Conveniently close to the railway.

Been for supper this evening. Kids eat free offer on at the moment which has meant we could get a treat in before schools go back! Pub was welcoming and staff very helpful! Slight cock up with food going to wrong table so had to wait for 2 meals to be cooked again :( but Manager explained, and we got two free cakeaways as an apology! :) Really nice place to eat! And the carvery was EPIC!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at the three crowns , we are very regular weather that be for a family meal , drinks weekly or special occasions like today Santa breakfast I cannot fault the attention and service we receive , nothing is ever to much trouble and we are always looked after ! A big thank you especially to Paige who especially looks after us no matter how busy or what the request ! Just this week we have been Friday , Sunday for Santa breakfast a will be returning Boxing Day for a meal . Thank you again for always giving the best experience .

Haven't been for a while and fish and chips are to die for and really lovely staff. Unfortunately I had a salad which was disappointing and the tomatoes were so out of date they tasted fermented. Eating in the lounge is fine during the day but unless you like a creche atmosphere with shouting customers and open vaping which seems to be the evening atmosphere. We changed our mind about sitting in the lounge to eat after ordering and went to the bar and the staff were very understanding. Not the first time I have encountered the noisy group early evening but they are obviously regulars so the problem was mine.

I was in this pub, my local on Friday and both members of staff have plenty experience in the pub trade.Can I suggest to the compliant that there were two she could have taken before review on here.1) it future they ask for of a tasting before purchasing.2) Ask to speak to someone in charge to air your grievances.People should think before making these pathetic comments, don't they realise they are messing with people's lively hoods.Oh, and by the way, next time your in the pub please consider saying excuse me as you walk between two people chatting.

My scenario: First time in Kiddy, trains cancelled and I have 15% battery. I google for a local pub to take my stress away and it tells me this one. Off I go. I nervously walk in, clearly not a regular. I order and take a seat at the bar. I cheekily ask the barman to charge my phone he was more than happy to.I get chatting slowly but surely, to the people around me and feel comfortable and welcomed. It’s been a while since I felt this feeling.Pub has recently been taken over once I got talking to people I found this out, has great offers on drinks and great entertainment to come. 7 Stars for food if I could (forgive the pun). Basically the pub provides cutlery and dishes. Plenty of restaurants nearby that do walk in delivery to your table. Best of both worlds. With that, wide selection of local cask ales, ciders and lagers, CASK and CAMRA approved. Very friendly community old school Pub with beer garden and regular bands and comedians. Always a must visit if in Kidderminster. Dog friendly.

The car park was busy. We weren't sure we would get a table 1pm on a Friday. It was busy at the bar but we were seated in the restaurant within five minutes. Strangely the restaurant wasn't busy, I have no idea where everyone from the cars were? We ordered from an extensive menu and really enjoyed our food. The wine was the best we've had for a long time. The service was excellent and friendly. There were two tables close to us but not close enough to spoil our conversation or theirs . Would definitely recommend it, not overly priced, no offers but still good value .

The highlight for me was your amazing restaurant which is the first time I've ever visited and will definitely be returning, I brought a group from bromsgrove on the Eddiebus for a bite to eat, I had the amazing scampi with potatoe wedges and salad it was 10/10 the group had a mixture of scampi, pie & chips which they all said was delicious, we were made very welcome from the staff and would highly recommend 100% you pay this wonderful restaurant a visit you won't be disappointed ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was always an OK pub but nothing to write home about. We popped in a couple of days ago for the first time in a few years and it's been transformed. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff are very welcoming. Oh, did I mention they have Timothy Taylor's Landlord on draught? No? Well, they have Timothy Taylor's Landlord on draught and it's very, very nice. There is a loyalty card system in place and we will definitely be returning here again. Few pubs have the social aspect these days but this one is a place you can have a quiet drink or a laugh and joke with the other customers. This is what pubs used to be like years ago. Well done to Dean et al.

We had an incredible first visit today! From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding—quick, warm, and incredibly attentive. The food was absolutely amazing—everything was fresh, and the meat was so juicy and tender, not a bit dry. To top it off, the kids got a chance to feed the goats after their meal, which they absolutely loved. We would 100% recommend this place and can’t wait to return!
