Broad Hinton, Swindon5 of us went to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. Myself and hubby never been there before but we will def be going back.Although we were the only guests there at 12 on a Saturday lunchtime, service was impeccable, the food was freshly cooked, beautifully presented, delicious and with generous portions. The chef had even taken the trouble to write happy birthday on my husband's plate of sumptuous sirloin steak! If you like Italian food (other options are available), together with good service and pleasant surroundings, try La Strada for an enjoyable experience

1 Priors Hill, Wroughton, SwindonPopped in here for the first time on Friday.Nicely packed with friendly faces all around.Service was fast and prices were good.It was karaoke, so I was in my element lol.Haven't this at home in a pub since The Flag days.Tracey you've got a great little place and we'll be back soon.

The Iron Horse
Kerrs Way, Wroughton, SwindonGreat local pub in a nice environment. Pleasant outside seating with a stream and enclosed by mature trees. Can not fault the staff, friendly, helpful and efficient. Good selection of beers etc. Haven't tried the food yet but am told it's excellent and the best Sunday roast around. Will update the review when tried. Will certainly be back soon and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the village.

The Crown Inn at Broad Hinton
Broad Hinton, SwindonI thoroughly recommend the crown!Stopped by for dinner tonight with 2 family members, following a table booking we had made over the phone.We were seated with a table ready for us, and the server was straight to our table ready to take drinks and food orders before a larger table followed.The pies were incredible, and as someone who is passionate about game meat and sustainable meat sources, the rabbit and bacon pie is a wonder. It is rare to find a countryside pub serving countryside food these days!5/5 and will definitely be coming back!
