Old swan yard, DevizesMy family ordered Lasagna, Spaghetti Napoli and Basket of Homemade Panini. The spaghetti Napoli was good but sorry to say that, all of us focused to eat the dish of Lasagna?. It was really really delicious? We even order the panini in order to eat all the cream sauce & Napoletana sauce. It was the best Lasagna I ever it ( even counted those in Italy). Must try!!!

15 St.John's St, DevizesAbsolutely phenomenal Chinese, cannot fault it at all, the smoked chicken is by far the best I’ve ever eaten. Would give a 10 star rating if it was possible. Only thing I wish is it was open 7 days a week!

26 Sidmouth St, DevizesGreatly improved since I last ordered years ago, kebab tasted amazing and not greasy at all, super crispy and tasty fried chicken and the pizza was super tasty also. The only thing stopping me rating higher is the amount of kebab meat you get isn't much for the price and my partners 12 inch pizza looked smaller than a normal 12inch from other places but apart from that the quality and taste Is the best I've had in a while.

The St, Marden, DevizesI visited this great pub/restaurant for the second time over the weekend. The last time was in June.
The food and everything were great in June and nothing’s changed. It’s still very very good in every respect. Stunning food, beautifully appointed, friendly staff and reasonable too.
The cheese soufflé is outstanding, as was the pie that my partner had. We loved it and will be back very soon.

A quaint cosy little pub, serving up good food & drinks. It also has a few rooms for people to stay.
Food and drinks: We had a delicious Lobster with French fries. This was cooked very well & was so tasty. The Eton mess dessert was great to have after.

Bath Rd, DevizesWas staying in Devizes for a couple of days and decided to have a evening meal and drink at the Black Horse Inn. I would definitely recommend the pub and would definitely return again.
Food was great (house chilli) service was lovely and atmosphere was nice.
And to finish it off even though it was a bleak winter evening it was lovely to be next to the canal.

9 The Market Pl, DevizesFriendly, happy landlady, barmaid and YTS student Nancy, makes this pub rock! Food plentiful and fresh. We had a Christmas party and just a get together party, on both occasions the food was yummy, and plentiful. Good things come in small places and this place nails it.

We had a long walk and found this lovely little coffee shop with out door seating! Great service, dog friendly and even has dog ice cream!

11 The Market Pl, DevizesUsed this place recently twice now in the last few days, im currently classed as homeless but not on the streets after fleeing domestic violence. Went in today with limited funds but they gave me extra chips and a curry sauce on them. The guy who served me Mahet? Was very welcoming and friendly and remembered me and he was very understanding of my situation. The food was amazing and the best place for chips. I would deffo recommend and will deffo be going back. Thank you Market Plaice!!!

20 St.John's St, DevizesOur second visit to the Lamb, as before, a very warm welcome at a genuine old establishment. Our party of seven were catered for with our pre-ordered Sunday lunches, both beef and chicken choices. All our favourite vegetables, with at least seven different on the plate, lashings of gravy, Yorkshire pudding and stuffing. After a short interval, desserts arrived, consisting of pineapple upside down cake, caramel ice-cream, strawberry cheesecake, apple crumble and custard. Landlord commented that we were welcome to return as we all sent back cleared plates to the kitchen. Our compliments to the chef.... Thank you for a lovely day.

Lemon Plaice
115 Southbroom Rd, DevizesAbsolutely delicious fish, pies and chips. Haven't tried the sausages but they look amazing. My plaice tasted like it had been caught that day, you could actually taste the fish despite the batter, which was light and crunchy.
The steak and kidney pie was gorgeous, with lovely pastry.
Generous portions of tasty chips, with enough left over, even from a single portion, to provide next day's supper. Staff really friendly and polite too.

The Silk Mercer - JD Wetherspoon
St.John's St, DevizesFirst visit to The Silk Mercer was a very insightful one. The rugby was on at the front of the pub so we decided to sit near the back, which is very much a huge children's area! You have been warned! Children seemed to be everywhere, running amok with no parents in control. The staff patiently served around all this chaos, including what seemed like some sort of wipeout course for them avoiding children's books, colouring pads and pencils thrown carelessly on the floor and children on scooters, on the stairs and high chairs randomly left in the middle of walk ways!
So, this is where we sat... But thankfully, given Witherspoon's infamous quick service, our food and drinks arrived swiftly. The vegan burger was a little dry (but a lot of vegan food is to be fair), however the garlic based sauce made the burger. The burrito salad was really, really good avd and I would definitely recommend it!
Would I visit again? Probably, but I will definitely avoid the hell which is the back area!

Garden Trading Estate, London Rd, DevizesI was working nearby this Subway and, as options were limited for lunch, I popped in for a breakfast sub. I was really surprised it was not busier for the lunch rush but, although there were only 3 customers in front of me, service was quite slow with only two staff and a trainee. The lady who took my sandwich order seemed a bit stressed and unhappy, despite my best efforts to be cheerful and there was no-one after me. But the gentleman at the till was much chattier and as I left I noticed the place was empty. The food was really good and there was plenty availabilty from what I could tell (I was able to pick my favourite cookie). The coffee was just what I needed too.I had hoped to get lunch delivered to where I was working due to time restraints, but this Subway did not offer dispensed drinks for delivery (and I really NEEDED coffee!) and the delivery was the highest I've seen! Clearly a deterrent for delivery orders and I wonder if they had adequate staffing for the service anyway? Perhaps it's my ignorance to the area.Anyway, food was good and I was happy.

11 High St, Easterton, DevizesIf it were possible I would give the Royal Oak six stars. The food was not only extremely good but the portions very generous. I had the steak and kidney pudding and it surpassed any I had had before except perhaps that made by my grandmother. My partner had the liver and bacon and was also delighted with her food. The vegetables were well cooked and again generous portions.
Dabe was a great host and the service was wonderful.

Devizes Marina, Horton Ave, DevizesCame across this place online so decided to try it out and I have to say it was a fantastic experience, couldn't fault anything.
Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and welcoming and we had a nice table overlooking the canal. The food was unbelievably yummy and very filling ?. We had the lunch menu and I have to say it didn’t disappoint, so much so I think we will be going back next week. There was a nice choice on the menu and although we were full we still squeezed in a pudding. They are very accommodating if you have any food allergies or restrictions which I thought was really good too. Nothing was too much trouble for them, 10/10 for the chef and staff. I would definitely recommend this place ? thankyou for a lovely experience x

Jimmy's Kebabs
London Rd, DevizesJimmy's is the boy. Best kebabs in town by far. We get a king mixed and large chips to share and there is always leftovers. He's always polite and very generous with portion sizes and free drinks etc.
