Food was amazing our second visit with in two weeks quite a hefty drive for us being in brighton but we'll worth the drive , staff on both occasions have been polite ,well presented and attentive.

This time my partner and I had a wild boar scotch egg piping hot with a runny yolk and the sharing cheese platter is what made us return for main we had steak sandwich (cooked perfectly) and sausage and mash with was also top notch, I can't find a fault in this place and I am a man that likes to pick holes in things but I honestly can't.

This really is a beautiful tapas place that we discovered in worthing just in the last few days. Absolutely gorgeous food and lovely authentic Spanish staff through and through. We had such a lovely evening. The staff also showed us round a garden area they have which is stunning and enclosed with lovely lights. I cannot believe we have been so lucky to find this place and I know as we love Spain, their food and they have such a great atmosphere in their restaurant we will definitely be returning! My wife had vegan achar which she enjoyed very much. We both thought that the poppadoms and chutney tray were the best we've ever had! We visited this pizza place yesterday evening with our two kids, and we were absolutely blown away by the food. I don’t usually write google reviews, but Omg, it's the best pizza we've had outside Italy! You can truly taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients, and the dough was perfectly prepared—just like in Italy. Having lived in Italy for 25 years, I kinda have high expectations for pizza, and in our opinion, this place exceeded all of them :) .

Also, the staff was friendly and accommodating, even making a couple of special requests for our kids without any issue. It was too late to try the gelato this time, but we’ll be sure to save room for it on our next visit. Grazie mille!

Such helpful service. I tried to order on the app and use some offers but this was difficult and unclear. I went in and asked about this and the manager (I think) was super helpful and honoured the discount I was going to use for a click and collect so we could eat on the beach. Lovely pizza as ever. Always good to see the kitchen which was run hygienically and with friendly staff. I know it was a Monday so perhaps usual it was quiet. It’s still worth a visit even with the competition locally. I think head office need to give it a bit more love. Great staff there.

The Lahore Grill is a unique dining experience, dont go expecting the regular sit down and order with the waiter affair. Javid the owner/chef/maitre'd greets you and the discussion about what you want to eat begins. It's like you're at his house and he's cooking for you, explaining what he's doing for you and enquiring how hot you want it. There's no curry shop gravy and everything is made from scratch in the kitchen you can see directly into. Seriously the best curries and tandoori grilled meats I've ever eaten.

We had arranged for a private space to host a hen party, including entertainment and Manginamo were nothing but amazing!
I have been in contact with Sabrina to arrange all the tiny details for weeks, and helped prepare a set 3 course meal with tasty cocktails!!
We emailed menus/ wine choices and
I literally have nothing negative to say about Sabrina what a star!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
She helped us set up early in the day for the event and gave us little extras such as nibbles on the table free of charge!

The 2 bar staff were very friendly, polite and professional, made our visit with a dog very welcome.

Food was nice and has a great variety with a modern twist. Sirloin steak could do with more cooking at high heat on the outside and on the fatty part to give it more flavour of flame grill. Both deep fried wings and cauliflower could do with double frying before serving for the more crispy batter.

Cocktails are strong, not weak like most modern restaurant nowadays.

Overall, a lovely dog friendly pub that I would recommend and will visit again and hope to try their Sunday roast.

So the scallops were amazing, and the portion size excellent. The batter on the cod was crispy and thin, no stodge here at all. The cod itself was hot, done just right. But... the chips were good, but why ask if I want salt and vinegar on my chips if you're not going to put it on? I'd driven away with the takeaway, to find a good place to park and it was very disappointing not to have salted chips. The staff are bright and breezy, and very helpful. I will go back, because the food is so good, but I'll watch like a hawk for the salt and vinegar next time...

Update: eat in, is the only thing I can say! The staff are brilliant, you get to put your own salt on, and the food is fabulous. I come here regularly now, that says it all. Best fish and chips in the county, hands down. And after a gap of six weeks I'm delighted to say their standard is maintained, still the best fish and chips in Sussex!

Further update: maintaining its high standard, I'm pleased to say. Everything freshly cooked, batter is brilliant! Refurb is great, the menu is updated with some brilliant dishes of the day. Honestly, this place goes from strength to strength!

Anaz always consistently serves excellent Indian cuisine. We’ve used them very regularly mostly on dine in visits and the food never disappoints. It’s always a warm welcome, and the waiting staff are very knowledgable and happy to make recommendations that are always spot on.
Value for money is excellent as we feel the menu is very reasonably priced.
In our recent experience even when the restaurant is busy the food wait time is just about right.
They are always happy to adjust a dish to personal preference as well without a quibble.

Other upsides are a wheelchair accessible entrance, good selection of drinks, alcohol and soft and would recommend, and would return again.

Northbrook College, Littlehampton Rd, Goring-by-Sea, Worthing

My Dad & I went to Arundel Restaurant at Northbrook College for lunch just over a week ago for the first time. We were instantly greeted & seated by Penny. The restaurant is immaculately clean, chairs were very comfortable & tables were nicely presented - all cutlery was laid out the same distance apart etc.

Arundel restaurant do kindly offer alternatives if you don't eat meat or have allergies etc. We emailed Penny to say neither of us eat meat (we're pescatarians) so Penny informed us that our main would be Haddock Florentine. I apologised to Penny that I somehow initially missed seeing the email re letting her know about alternatives & so I only replied 2 days before our booking, but they were still able to accommodate this, of which we were really grateful.

A young lady called Crystal came straight over to introduce herself & offer us water. Then another young lady came over very quickly to take our drinks order & she brought them over after a few minutes, but actually apologised for the delay! We knew there were 12-15 people at the bar at the time, so we actually thought it was very quick considering! We were then very prompty given some bread rolls too.

For starters, we had the Cream of Cucumber & the Fish Goujons. The Cream of Cucumber came out very hot, which Crystal did warn us about this a couple of times. We both thought it was great the kitchen was getting food out to so many people still piping hot! The Cucumber was very tasty. The Fish Goujons were delicious - crispy costing & the tartare sauce is the nicest one we've ever tasted. The salad was very fresh.

Our Haddock Florentine was brought out with a side dish of rice & vegetables; the rice was cooked perfectly. The vegetables were very fresh & still had a bit of a crunch to them. The Haddock was incredibly tasty! The fish was falling apart & the cheese sauce & spinach were absolutely delicious. Again, this was piping hot & we were warned about this a couple of times when our dishes were brought out.

For dessert we both had the Dark Chocolate Bavarois with caramelised oats & raspberry couli. This was absolutely divine! The chocolate was rich & very smooth, the couli was really delicious & wasn't too tart & the oats added a nice contrast of something a bit crunchy as the chocolate is soft.

All dishes were brought out promptly & with generous portions. The service was quite quick & food was brought out very hot. All of the staff were lovely, friendly, professional, very pleasant & always had a smile on their face. Crystal in particular was attentive, very polite & a lovely young woman. In-between courses, Crystal came over to brush any crumbs off the table; we were impressed with the attention to detail - we've been to a few fine dining restaurants & none of them have done this.

All 3 courses were £15pp including a tea or coffee at the end, so this is exceptional value. The food & service were fantastic & we'll definitely go again soon. I highly recommend going if you haven't already.

We have just moved to the area and usually had a Friday treat night with amazing chicken shish kebabs at our old house. We trawled a few in Worthing and found Oz’S .... what a find! We ask for extra salad and pickled chillies each time with two sauces. The kebabs are huge (size large) and excellent value for money, staff always happy to oblige.We tried their pizzas once, roll over Domino's, Oz’S from now on if we have pizza again. £20 and free delivery to Findon Valley.

Staff are always friendly and welcoming, the buy one and get one for £1 offer is spectacular value upon collection. More toppings and pizza made with much more attention to detail than larger chains. We've been using them for years and will continue to after trying many establishments.

Really nice local fish bar, with really friendly and helpful staff. The food was amazing. I had the grilled Octopus and it did not disappoint. The octopus was just how I like it and was served with salad and chips. This restaurant possibly has the best chips in the world. I am local to here so I am definitely coming back!

We had a table booked for 7:30 Wednesday 14th August for 4 people. We were seated in the courtyard and it was beautiful outside under the Jumbrella - the temperature was perfect :
3 of us had the chicken skewers to start and the chicken was so well cooked it easily came off of the skewer and the garlic butter was to die for. The other had the sharing platter for 2 (the fish one) it was a perfect size for a starter and for one person even though the rest of us “helped him out” . Portion sizes perfect.
For mains we had 3 steaks and the surf and turf. Really generous portion sizes, quick service, food was DIVINE it was a shame to finish.
We all had the same desert the chocolate mousse choux bun and even though nobody really had room for them they went down very easily!!! We will DEFINITELY return.
The manager and all of the team were so attentive, friendly and professional it was a delight to be served by them.
We loved the fact that it is a dog friendly restaurant and wish that there were more restaurants like this! Keep up the good work!

Spice I am is becoming a firm favourite, not just in Worthing but Sussex as a whole. Been a few times recently, with family and friends alike... lunch is pipping it at the moment, as the Thai Tapas menu is a masterstroke, a choice of a dozen options, each with a combination of favourites, unfortunately can't ever resist adding to these plates... dinner too is always excellent.
Food is authentic, well presented and served by a delightful team, effervescent and on point with every visit. The room is spot on and often full with people enjoying themselves, the cheery ambience is a reflection of the hosting team... Superb in all ways.
Beef Massaman Curry, Som Tum Salad and sticky rice are just a couple of my favourites.
