River Moon
19 Swan Cor, PulboroughOrdered a takeaway last night. Food was really delicious and definitely generous portions. What was nice was even though delivery was later than expected because they were busy. They gave us 6 tiger beers for the inconvenience. Most appreciated and unexpected. Will buy again from there

London Rd, Ashington, PulboroughFantastic restaurant with big choice of meat and vegan curries, including vegan curries.
The best curry I've had in the UK since I became vegan a few years back.
Vegetarian options: 4 vegan specialities plus other curries that can be done vegan style. I had an excellent vegan vegetable tikka masala, that was very creamy without dairym

Kinsbrook Vineyard, Restaurant & Farm Shop
Kinsbrook Vineyard, W Chiltington Rd, Thakeham, PulboroughI came across the vineyard in Autumn 2021 whilst staying locally (it was recommended as a dog-friendly place to visit by our hosts). This was one of our best finds ever and the beginning of a professional and personal love story with a fantastic place run by amazing local folk with great values who support fellow local businesses and people.I've loved to capture images at the vineyard since, on many occasions, and to see it grow and both my husband and myself and our dog have visited countless times.Kinsbrook Vineyard is a brilliant dog-friendly place for an intimate wedding or elopement, a celebration, coffee or brunch (highly recommend their newly launched Sunday roasts) in all seasons: cosy in the Winter, bay windows open on the vineyard in the warmer Summer months with plenty of covered space inside or outside and often live music as well as seasonal and special events (I highly recommend their Supper Clubs! ).Dogs are welcome throughout including in the farmhouse and around the vineyard (with the exception of the fresh produce shop area, understandably) and their well behaved humans too in a delightful, relaxed atmosphere with fantastic food and friendly service.

The Rising Sun
The St, Nutbourne, PulboroughThis is one truly hidden gem! Been living here a year and this is round the corner don’t know why I’ve never been before, we booked it on a whim, a traditional English country pub. The food was amazing, the cost reasonable and the service was lovely.
I few things to point out- this pub doesn’t have a car park, so walk there if you can as it’s on a narrow lane.
There are steps and low beams so again just be prepared.
I had the house burger ! And it was a feast, a large double burger with cheese and bacon! I wasn’t expecting two burgers on the bun I didn’t remember seeing that on the menu, but it was delicious, with crispy fries and coleslaw. My partner had the steak again a good size, cooked just how he wanted, and served with chunky chips and sides . There is even a pub dog that has a little tag, because his sad face just says feed me ?
I also saw the fish and chips being eaten by someone else and that looked good to, it next on my list when I go back.

Thirteen Church Street Thai restaurant | take away | gin & wine bar
13 Church St, Storrington, PulboroughGreat comfortable venue and lovely food.
Thirteen is a quaint Thai resturant in Storrington.
The cater to vegan requirements and have a separate menu you can ask for.
The food was delicious. The duck starter was incredibly tasty and was a particular highlight. I would very happily order this again. All the other dishes were great and everyone enjoyed their meals.
There was a specials menu though it was not very well placed in the restaurant to read. I would suggest printing them or training staff on what they are so it can be described to the guests.
The service was attentive though could be refined in small ways to elevate the service quality (I.e. remove wine glasses after drink orders that don’t require them and not handing plates of food to guests)
Also, service staff didn’t have much knowledge on the food, I’d suggest they have some tasting so they can describe the foods to guests as we did ask some questions they couldn’t answer.
I would happily go back, it was expensive but not overpriced.

The gentleman who served us as before was absolutely charming and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble, so welcoming.
The food here is amazing, the pub was extremely busy with large tables booked but every attention to detail and customer care was obviously priority.

So India
Stane St, Codmore Hill, PulboroughFirst time having food from So India. I’ve driven past it so many times and I thought I would give it a go tonight. Absolutely fantastic! Really really loved every dish, We couldn’t fault it. We ordered it online through their website and collected it 40minutes later.
The curry was full of flavour and the chicken was very very tender. This is now our new go to curry spot. I would highly recommend.
Only thing I wish they would do is deliver locally. Maybe something for the future :)

Domino's Pizza - Pulborough
18 Lower St, PulboroughOrdered on a Tuesday and got a deal - nothing bad to say about the pizza, and the staff were really friendly. Cooking time was as stated and I collected - only issue was zero parking at the time. All I will say is that I am upset at myself that I paid over £30 and got what I did now that you can get good deals in supermarkets but it was a nice treat and no washing up :)
