She asked me what I wanted and made sure I got it as soon as possible as I was in a rush for my flight. I will most definitely recommend going to this Starbucks for anyone travelling from Gatwick North Terminal the customer journey was brilliant.

We were tired, needed something good to eat and headed over. Little did we expect the service to be so welcoming and friendly. Moses even took a minute out to a picture of us for us. Made a lovely start to a long awaited holiday.

British Airways Lounge
Perimeter Rd E, Horley, GatwickLuggage went missing on the return flight but the BA team on the ground were helpful when we landed. The world tracker system was a little frustrating as it didn't provide much information until the bag was with the courier (4 days later). Once the bag was with the courier the communication improved but I think there should be more initial communication / reassurance for customers with missing bags.

Thyme Restaurant at Premier Inn North Terminal Gatwick Airport
Northway, Horley, GatwickWe did the £29.99 dinner and breakfast combo and were really impressed with the service and food. Bearing in mind this is an airport transfer hotel we were genuinely surprised by the value, friendliness, speed and flavors. Definitely a good option when staying overnight for a flight from Gatwick.

We had an exceptional welcome from Syed front of house friendly helpful very organised fantastic beard and mustache and then excellent table service from Vela, friendly, efficient and fast. We were frankly too lazy to try anything else and were immediately seated even though they couldn't find our booking. The waiter who served us had just the right amount of humour and was exactly as attentive as we needed without being painful in any way. We enjoyed his approach. The food was better than expected. Id give it more than 4* but less than 5. Maybe 4.4. We had a fab evening.

The service was on the slower side of what I'd expect. If you get a hot drink, it's unlimited refills (but that doesn't mean much because most people won't have more than two). It can get crowded here so at those times you'll be lucky to get a table.Kid-friendliness: Is kid friendly - lots of children eat here.Parking: Well I mean it doesn't have designated parking, because it's in an airport. But if you count the airport parking it's got plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There's no stairs so wheelchairs can get in but it would be hard getting through the tables as the space is limited.

Village, South Terminal, GatwickI was only in London for a few hours, flight was delayed so stayed here for an hour. I must say that the place was spotless, staff toasted the cold sandwich for me. I could even charge my phone.
