New Jade Garden offers excellent delivery service and a user-friendly website, but the food quality is inconsistent. While the portions are generous, the dishes can be either tasteless or overspiced. The prawns with ginger lacked the promised ingredient, and the chicken with cashew nuts had more onion than nuts. However, the mushroom chow mein was well-received. The prawn crackers, prawn toast, and crispy seaweed were also found to be lacking in flavour. Nonetheless, the restaurant received positive feedback for its Crispy Shredded Beef, Lemon Chicken, Kung Pow Chicken, and Vermencheli Noodles, leading to a promise of returning and recommending the establishment to friends and family.
