What a very warm welcome. So friendly and great customer relations. Shame we don't live here as it would make a perfect local. We only went in for one drink as we had other arrangements, wish we could have stayed longer.
A brilliant little pub, great staff and customer's, good prices, the place is spotlessly clean and I can't remember when I have been made to feel so welcome in a long time.I wanted to go back the following day but I was too fragile, but I will be going back soon and more than likely at regular intervals as well.The Alex is a proper classic pub, I loved it.
