Medicine Bakery offers a nice ambiance with the right music. The menu includes the Medicine Breakfast, which unfortunately had salty sausage patties, overcooked potato crockets, and overcooked eggs. The Mushroom Tartine was dry, and the fried duck egg was overcooked and rubbery. While the vegetarian Feta and Spinach Pain Suisse was good, it was quite large and repetitive. The Birmingham New Street branch receives high praise for its food, staff, and atmosphere, earning a 5-star rating. However, the limited customer toilet situation, especially for young children and those with accessibility needs, is a significant downside.
