The battered fish was amazing, so crispy and fresh tasting . The young lady made it fresh for me alongside the chips. I could tell that she cooked them in clean oil as the taste was amazing. She also placed the sauces in pots for me as I explained that I was buying them for the Team as I was on training for the day ( normally the sauces are drizzled over the fish n chips but I was unsure what the team members preferences on the sauces would be) Thank you so much .
I must say I was a bit put off when I first walked in. But the guy behind the counter was very friendly. The clientele were a bit odd. But the portions were huge and the quality of both the cod and chips was excellent. Located near By Glebe Farm, it's an odd area in Birmingham but the food was very good and tasty.
