Greggs, located on Thornbridge Avenue, Perry Bar, offers great customer service with a lovely smile. The staff are friendly and deserving of praise, with the more mature members being particularly delightful. While the younger staff may need to improve their people skills, the overall service is fast and efficient. The food is great-tasting, and it's hard to resist stopping by for a sausage roll or breakfast. Despite being understaffed at times, the staff go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
