I recently stayed at The Halford Bridge Inn during a work trip, and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and ensured everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The room was quiet, spacious and cosy.

The reliable Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected, and the peaceful ambiance helped me recharge after a long work day.

The location was also convenient, with easy access to the Cotswolds (only 15 mins from Chipping Campden) and other surrounding areas such as Stratford Upon Avon.

The food was absolutely amazing. I have been to many Indian restaurants & the restaurant at The Halford Bridge Inn is my new favourite. The chilli chips were the best chilli chips I have ever had!

For any business / leisure travellers looking for a personalized and relaxed hotel, The Halford Bridge Inn is a top choice. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

Superb food served by engaging staff in a beautiful building. Stayed overnight in a sumptuous room with a luxurious bathroom full of lovely shower and bath products. A real pre Christmas treat!

Absolutely fantastic meal, the best tapas we have ever had. We had the chefs choice and couldn’t believe the amount and quality of the dishes. The food is high quality and freshly prepared. The restaurant is fairly small and has a lovely intimate atmosphere.

Easter Monday. Went to the Red Lion after a walk around the beautiful village.Sat in the beer garden, served promptly and the food was fab. I had a fresh made spicy chicken pizza. Never have I had so much chicken on a pizza. The chilli burger was amazing too ( so I was told).

They do nice pizzas here. The toppings are basic but tasty. Burgers are nice too, and the meals are good value for money. Fried chicken is good but would be nice to have a honey-mustard dip.

Fantastic yummy food and great service. No idea why people feel the need to be nasty or rude in reviews, ignore. Always best to be polite, even if honest. China Kitchen has hardworking friendly staff and super fast service. Whilst waiting, the phone didn’t stop ringing and could see all were working hard. Food was hot, tasty and full of flavour. An asset to Shipston. Keep up the good work!

The curries taste great but they're pretty oily. The food has great flavour so full-marks from me for Food. Shame they don't do the red onion sauce which is my absolute fav. Cheers guys for many nice dinners.

The Red Lion Hunningham

Brilliant place to visit for lunch. The service and food were excellent. The staff were just the right amount of attentive and chatty. We had the pie of the day and risotto, both of which were delicious, as were the sticky toffee pudding and ice cream. Local Napton cider on tap too. Absolutely nothing not to like.

Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options as well as multiple vegan desserts.
