93 High St, Henley-in-ArdenWe thouroughly enjoyed our anniversary lunch at The Bluebell restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was super and the host was very friendly.
We had scallops as a starter that were melt-in-the-mouth. I enjoyed the seasonal Lamb rump that was cooked to perfection and the Lebanese Delight dessert that included the most delicious baklava. My husband had a generous seafood risotto and limoncello cheesecake. Both were very tasty. Definitely one of the better meals that we’ve had out in the UK.

Henley Ice Cream Limited
152 High St, Henley-in-ArdenWhat better a place to rest after a pretty walk through Henley in Arden than Henley Ice Cream Parlor. My partner had the Lemon Meringue flavour iced cream in a waffle cone, and miraculously, it tasted of Lemon meringue (no synthetic sweetened taste). Mine was just a tad disappointing. I had a tub with two flavours, the Dark Chocolate, which was gorgeous, rich and a real POW on my tongue with a very white coconut. Sadly the coconut wasn't strong or a particularly creamy taste or texture, it just gave my tongue time off from the chocolate. This isn't what I look for in ice cream. The ice cream experience is over far too quickly to be bothered with subtlety, I want my contrasting flavour to put up a damn good fight and, although it was pleasant, the taste was submissive and allowed the chocolate the main stage.
The atmosphere was charming, a proper tea room and the ladies were very busy but very nice.
Wheelchair accessibility: The upstairs toilet was a climb. But you must remember the house is at least 200 years old, fascinating beam work.
I didn't notice a disabled toilet downstairs.

The View
Hill Farm Marina, Stratford Rd, Henley-in-Arden1st time visitors, loved the place and the staff was ever so friendly, will return next time for food, looked a very young team BUT they was busy and making it work, only popped in for a drink and was welcomed very very nicely.

Henley Kitchen & Bakery
90 High St, Henley-in-ArdenI am decorating in the area for a couple of weeks and been going here for lunch each day. I was really impressed after the first day, after a week, I'm still very impressed.
The staff are always smiling and very pleasant (big thanks to Jules), the food and hot drinks are excellent. I've tried a few various meals now, but love the omelettes.
A great selection of tasty looking cakes also on offer, I've just bought a selection to take home ?
Definitely be here again.

Would of given 4.5 stars officially but wouldn't steal a star from them as it was pretty close?

Nuthurst Grange Country House Hotel
Nuthurst Ln, Hockley Heath, SolihullWe recently provided entertainment for a Football Managers Birthday Party. The event was held at Nuthurst Grange. From start to finish, the staff were outstanding - polite, professional but also brought an aspect of fun to the occasion. A huge shoutout to the catering team - wow, the was food was incredible! And to top it all off - the hotel and surroundings are simply gorgeous. Nuthurst is one of the most beautiful places to hold your event in the Midlands ❤️

The Nags Head
161 High St, Henley-in-ArdenSuch a great place. We stumbled upon it purely by accident whilst on a weekend away. In our group there were 6 adults, 4 kids, 2 babies and a dog. We were fully welcomed and looked after. The garden is amazing and has a pizza oven and BBQ, which we fully took advantage of. We really had such a good time, thank you. Apologies again for the tray of beer my friend managed to spill all over the bar floor ☺️

Although we went on a Tuesday night, the service was slower than usual but we have been here so many times and the food is great. It was extremely busy considering it was a Tuesday.

68 High St, Henley-in-ArdenThis is a great Costa in a lovely area, deceptively large situated in the Old Bank. Very friendly staff and has all the usual Costa menu you would expect to find. Parking is awkward as it's situated on the main high street, however there are lots of spaces available in the side streets.

The Kings Head
21 Bearley Rd, Aston Cantlow, Henley-in-ArdenGreat local pub close to the Billesley Manor where we are staying. Got recommended to it by a local and what a great find . Cheery welcome by the landlord, low beamed ceilings cask ales and a good reasonably priced food offer . Nothing not to like except we couldn't stay longer .
