Restaurants in Avon Dassett
The Plough Inn
Church Hill, Warmington, BanburyDelicious Sunday lunch for the three of us - excellent service with a lovely atmosphere. The beef bourguignon was melt in the mouth with the lasagne and the duck breast looked equally superb. I highly recommend it - you won't be disappointed!

The Yew Tree
Main Street, Avon Dassett, SouthamA wonderful village pub.
Jack the landlord is a credit to the village, and there are usually new beers available to tempt you.
The food is very good indeed and it's great that the menu changes so regularly (other places should take note). The locally-made Frellies cheesecake / ice cream available in the pub and outside at The Shack during summer/autumn just must be sampled. Breakfast on Friday mornings also goes down very well.
Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and excellent service make this a must visit if you live nearby or are just visiting the area. Oh, and it's very dog friendly!

The Avon Bar & Restaurant
Avon Dassett, SouthamReally lovely pub, with fires burning, near the Warwickshire/Cotswolds border. Popped in for some delicious chocolate cake and coffee. Noticed a communal bookshelf and the stone floors stuck out as a feature piece. Good selection of beers and I imagine it’s got a good atmosphere in peak hours. We visited around
