Costa Coffee is a fresh and newish venue, but the service can be sloppy at times. The place was not very busy, yet the staff seemed preoccupied with their mobile phones. The used cups and trays were left unattended, and the toilet was in a state. The cheese and tomato panini lacked flavour, leaving much to be desired. However, the staff are generally lovely, and they clear the tables quickly when the cafe is busy. The cafe offers a relaxing atmosphere with a variety of great foods and drinks, including seasonal sugar cookies and jammy dodger biscuits.
