THE ROCK INN, 98 John St, PorthcawlWaitresses did a fantastic job. Two of us had the leg of lamb Sunday roast with a Yorkshire (which are huge) and it was lovely. One of us had the beef and asked for well done and so it was a bit tough.

16 New Rd, PorthcawlBest fish and chips I’ve ever had.found the place several years ago and the standards are the same.I’ve driven from torfaen to this place just for fish and chips.im staying around here for a few days and had food from here last night 19/8/24. Still amazing.

9 John St, PorthcawlCheeky Chillies Porthcawl delivers a tasty punch! The large mixed kebab was loaded with perfectly cooked meats. The kebab wrap meal was equally delicious and the onion rings crispy. The chilli sauce adds a flavorful kick! The food is top-notch and the shop is spotless. Friendly staff makes it a great experience. Highly recommended!

2-3 Eastern Promenade, PorthcawlThis is the best fish and chips in south Wales ice never had a bad meal it's always top quality I visit every Friday its well worth driving from Cardiff just to get this quality of food they really do it well here I can highly recommend everything!

Eastern Promenade, PorthcawlFish and chips and Chinese curry was lovely. Chips nice and thick, Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, just perfect. Warm and welcoming Welsh hospitality. And to top it all, a complimentary coffee while I waited for the fresh fish......amazing.

Fantastic entertainment and atmosphere unbelievable, drink prices exceptional value. Haven't been there before as opposite side of Porthcawl to where we live. Also regulars very friendly, will definitely go again.

26 New Rd, PorthcawlOne of the slightly more expensive Chinese takeaways in Porthcawl, but the quality of the food is outstanding! No longer than 15-20 minute wait on a busy night in the shop. Delivery usually a bit longer, up to 1 hour or so on a busy night. But definitely worth the wait!!

The Square, PorthcawlAte at the Saltwater Inn as part of a party of 6 while on a short break. We enjoyed the meal enough to go back the following night. Had 10 different meals over the visits and all were very much enjoyed. Excellent value and friendly staff. Good pint and reasonable soft drink prices too.

52 New Rd, PorthcawlOn holiday in trecco bay. Fantastic service. Karaoke was fab and the host and staff were really friendly. Would highly recommend! Very accepting with the LGBTQ+ scene too.
