Cafe ROSE
28 Main St, PembrokeAmazing Cafe for Breakfast & Lunch. We’re local and consistently go to rose as it’s the one of the best breakfast places in Pembrokeshire!
Highly recommend the rose fry up for breakfast and the kofte wrap or chicken schwarma wrap for lunch!
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair would need to be lifted down a small step.

Wavecrest Cafe
Pembrokeshire Coast Path, Angle, PembrokeThis is a great little cafe. The cake was great with plenty of seating in the sun. The ladies serving were really cheerful and pleasant. Maybe trim the height of the hedge to get better views of the bay and adjacent coastline? Then, I'd stay all day!

The Ridgeway, Lamphey, PembrokeWonderful stop here to have lunch after being at Freshwater beach. Good coffee and lovely tasty lunches for adults and kids. We asked for some small adaptations and our requests were not too much trouble for the friendly staff. Thanks - will definitely stop again if we are in the area! The campsite looked very well equipped too!

Top Of The Town
126 Main St, PembrokeOrdered online via their website before setting off from our holiday cottage in Castlemartin, and it was being prepared by the time we arrived 20 mins later. Very friendly staff, nice food and generous portions. The cod bites were much bigger than we thought and a large chips will easily feed 2. The veggie nuggets had actual vegetables in them and not fake meat, and it was all reasonably priced too. P.S. we all agreed that the fruity curry sauce (there are 2 choices) was the nicest we'd ever tasted.

Waterloo House Games & Coffee
Games & Coffee, Waterloo House, 34 Main St, PembrokeI’m a massive lover of lattes especially with a flavoured syrup. These guys hands down make the best I’ve ever had in England or Wales, and it’s consistently great. The cakes are good too but it’s the lattes I come for. It’s also a great community hub for Pembroke and I’ve made new friends there, as well as discovering the odd game to enjoy. It doesn’t look much from the outside and it’s easy to walk past it, but if you do, you’re missing out on a real Pembrokeshire gem. Very happy to recommend it!

Mega Kebab Pembroke Dock
64A Bush St, Pembroke DockBest doner kebab and chips I have so far had in Pembs - not greasy and large portions.

Golden Park
4 The Grn, PembrokeAlthough we were apprehensive about ordering because the reviews weren’t great and we have high Chinese standards, we were very pleased with our takeaway. We spent about £70 on the usual chow mein, sweet and sour chicken, duck pancakes etc. Pretty much what you’d expect from a Chinese. All really nice with big chunks of meat, piping hot and delivery exactly on time!
We didn’t get the usual free prawn crackers but did get a free bag of spring rolls and samosas which was a nice surprise.

Pembroke Carvery
Common Rd, PembrokeWe are home cooks who love a great Chinese and we have used this takeaway for authentic dishes for 8 years. The negative reviews really get to us. Try the special fried rice, beef & black bean, shrimp chow mien, kung po chilli duck, sweet & sour pork. If you want fresh, consistently good Chinese food you will love it. It has never been greasy or bad, so we felt we just had to support and leave a positive review. Our suggestion is that if you like cheap chips and curry sauce just go to a local chip takeaway! Sorry to be frank but FACT ;-)

Mehfil's
11 Main St, PembrokeWe're staying in a holiday cottage just up the road and got takeaway away from here. We had the Tandoori Thali to share between two. It was ready really quickly and was more food than two of us could eat. It was all delicious and we would highly recommend.
