Penrhyn Old Hall
Penrhyn Old Hall, Penrhyn Old Rd, Penrhyn Bay, LlandudnoA very quiet pub. The building is 15 century or there abouts. The pub itself is upstairs. It's a bit like a spooky old building but still nice. A few draughts on. Lager bitter cider Guinness a half decent selection of bottles and spirits. There is also a pool table. Ideal if your on the caravan park. Polite owners. Give it a try

The Fat Cat Café Bar
149 Mostyn St, LlandudnoQuite a large room, bar at the right as you enter. Seating at the front is a bit sparse, but more seating at the rear of the premises. Tap beers available. Staff were friendly and polite. Singer on a Saturday night, live music you can't beat it. Wooden floors throughout. Seats are a descent quality. Place was descently decorated, beer was good. Another good visit.

The Godfather
20 Augusta St, LlandudnoStopping at Travelodge this takeaway was recommended to us. So glad we tried. We had a vegetarian 8" pizza and a mushroom cheese garlic bread 8". It was both delicious and hot. It was delivered about 30mins from ordering. It only cost £12.50, fantastic value with lovely deep pan bases on both. Both were cooked beautifully and toppings just right. Will order again when in Llandudno and recommend.

Waffle King Ice Cream Parlour
4 St George's Pl, LlandudnoAs we was near the beach you can't come here and not have a ice cream even if its suppose to be summer and feels like winter in July, we both had 2 scoops with waffle cones I had millionaire shortbread and lemon ice cream and daughter had tiramso and mint choc chip all of them tasted excellent and there was plenty of flavours to pick the cost for 2 ice creams with waffle cones was £9.90 which isn't bad these days, had to try and save my ice cream twice from the seaguls lol

The Kings House
135 Upper, Mostyn St, LlandudnoI found the ordering process on the screens to be very easy with contact less payments and a little receipt that when your number gets called up you show your ticket and collect your food. We ordered only 1 pizza and my word it was delicious. We sat down the road near the roundabout and ate the whole thing up and it was a good pizza.

Frydays
101 Llandudno Rd, Penrhyn Bay, LlandudnoRecommended and I wasn't disappointed by freshly cooked Haddock (reg) with Chips n Mushy Peas.
Shared by pensioner couple.
All excellent.
A regular customer waiting for the 5pm opening recommended the Steak n Ale Pies. They looked so good I asked for one to takeaway.
I was offered the choice of cooked pie to have warm later or precooked.
Gone for the precooked and got to say it will probably be shared when cooked by me n the wife.
Will certainly return and recommend to family and friends.
NOTE - Table n Chairs outside if needed.

The Cross Keys Inn
Pendre Rd, Penrhyn-side, LlandudnoA real locals' pub that makes tourists feel really welcome. Friendly staff and clientele with an extensive range of drinks at the bar. Quiz nights on a Thursday are well worth going to - usually packed and creating a great atmosphere. A wonderful, back to basics local. No food served, just bar snacks. We couldn't get enough of the place.

Llandudno Pier Donuts
Pier, N Parade, LlandudnoWas really thankful to find that even out of season this place was open and serving hot, freshly made doughnuts - because sometimes you just need to embrace nostalgia and a doughnut is a good way to do that. We'd trekked around Llandudno and Conwy and nowhere else seemed to do them on the day so really appreciative this place was open.

Parisella's Cafeteria
Happy Valley Rd, LlandudnoBeware! Lovely ice-cream after a day up the Great Orme but beware of the seagulls. As we walked away to sit on a form hubby got hit in the side of the head by a seagull as it attacked his ice-cream and then I got mine knocked onto the floor (I got to it before the seagull did). So I would recommend eating you superb ice-cream under the verandah of Parisella's.

Lucky House
137 Trinity Ave, LlandudnoBy far one of the best takeaways in Llandudno for a good Chinese meal. The only negative I'd say is that quite often the sweet and sour chicken balls in batter can be greasy so I try and stay away from those, otherwise can't fault it.
Note for those who like their chow mein to have thick noodles this isn't the place to go... But they do have a lot of other great dishes instead.

Pier Oceans Cafe
Pier, Llandudnowonderful pier, well cared for, opening times from 8am to 8pm however the time of closing can vary, if you want to get on there go for 7pm. I had some lovely moments here, thank you so much. The cafe at the end is lovely too, friendly people and great food. I loved the gulls even though they nicked a scoop of my ice-cream bless them! It was lovely to have so many benches to sit on and also memorial benches which was really moving. The only thing I'd say is [and I'm sure I'm not the only introvert who likes peace & quiet] - I would recommend keeping the music by the ferris wheel and arcade area at the beginning of the pier but no need for it all down the pier and at the end. I went there to listen to the peace and quiet and sound of the sea and gulls, and to reflect. I found the music intrusive further down the pier. It's nice to have some peace and quiet, it was loud music too. Thank you!

The Snowdon
Snowdon Hotel, 11 Tudno St, LlandudnoMy wife and I visited The Snowdon for the first time on Friday 25th October 2024. We managed to park uphill from The Snowdon and walk down to the pub for a half before we left for home. The bar area is accessible and easily coped with a group of 9 gentlemen that had arrived on a pub crawl all standing by the bar whilst they sorted their drinks order out .
At first sight I hoped they had Tim Taylors Landlord Dark ( used to be Ram Tam ) on but it was the ordinary Landlord with a Halloween pump ! The Landlord was rather 'fresh' and lacked the depth of taste of some my previous tastings.
We sat in comfortable leather seats in an alcove to rear of building . It had a lovely huge ' Snowdon ' etched mirror and a framed poster advertising a week of Concerts in Llandudno by the Beatles from 1963 .
The toilets were down 14 steps and certainly would be a struggle to get back up after a jar or 2 .
Parking: 90 minutes limit on parking in the street during the day
Wheelchair accessibility: Not really wheelchair friendly- no disabled toilet and gents / ladies down 14 steep steps in basement . Steps inside part of the building to get from bar to the right hanside area .
