Bridge St, Newcastle EmlynLovely welcoming pub and staff and dog friendly which is a bonus. We had Sunday lunch and it was delivered to our table promptly and piping hot. Lovely selection of veg on the plate, well presented and full of flavour. Will definitely be returning. ?

Harrisons Bakery & Bistro
Sycamore St, Newcastle EmlynA long time since I've been and it's still a very pleasant experience. We were greeted as long-lost friends and the coffee was delicious. Prices for a small establishment seemed very reasonable and I'm just sorry we didn't have time to 'indulge'. Will definitely not leave it so long to visit again.

We came here while on holiday and my wife wanted to try what the Welsh thought Indian food was like she wasn't expecting much but have to say we were amazed. By far the best Indian food we have tried outside of Dheli. The food atrived relatively quickly around 15-20 minutes it was hot, full of flavour and delicious. The food was fresh and tasted very authentic well worth a visit
We came back three times during our holiday and everything we tried was well cooked and full of flavour..

The Mill Cafe and Bar
Felin Geri, Cwm-cou, Newcastle EmlynA group of 10 of us stayed at Felin Geri for a hen do and had the most wonderful time. Jane and Alan were both so wonderful and accommodating throughout the booking process and this continued with warm hospitality on our arrival and throughout our stay. The location, accommodation and facilities were perfect. The location is amazing, nestled in a lovely valley providing beautiful views and offering a real sense of escapism. It was quite something to be able to chill in the hot tub whilst looking at the uninterrupted night sky full of stars! The campsite is also a short drive to Aberteifi, beaches and other local amenities making this the perfect the base. We stayed in the Millers Cottage and the Ceri Tent which are both fantastic. The beds were super comfy! The facilities at the campsite are amazing too, in particular the bar area is fab - we just wish we'd taken up the offer of the stone bake pizzas! In summary, the group were blown away by the campsite and everything it had to offer and all expressed that they are keen to return with their families at some point in the future. We even joked about having a hen reunion just so that we have an excuse to come back! Thank you Jane and Alan!

Emlyn Square, Newcastle EmlynWe stopped for a couple of drinks and some nibbles after a nice walk. It’s a lovely place and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. It was happy hour and the drinks were excellent- high quality and value for money. The pub had won some award for best venue, so there were a camera crew in filming. Unfortunately, I left my wallet in the pub. Thankfully the brilliant owners went to the trouble of writing to me and are posting the wallet back. Brilliant place, definitely worth a visit!

Red Cow, Adpar, Newcastle EmlynI drive 40 minutes out of my way to collect, it's hands down the best chinese around by a mile.(I'm kind of relieved I don't live closer to the Super Garden, I'd be the size of a house otherwise. Delicious food)

B4571, Newcastle EmlynChina Kitchen in Newcastle Emlyn is our FAVOURITE as my wife and I thoroughly enjoy the tasty food. We make it a point of treating our families visiting us from Cambridge, Haslemere in Surrey and Hayes in Middlesex which they too relish! Our nephew in Cambridge treated us to a Chinese takeaway while visiting them but, wish to insist China Kitchen takeaways are hard to beat ! Keep up the good work! Anyone writing bad reviews needs to have his/head examined!
