Something Tasty Cafe in Llanfyllin
Liverpool House, Market St, LlanfyllinWe arrived just before 3pm and were made to feel so welcome even though the cafe was closing soon. We had such brilliant friendly service. The sandwiches were made fresh to order using local butchers ham which was sourced for the order no bother. Lovely coffee such great value foe money. We will be back. 5-6, Penybryn Cottages, High St, LlanfyllinGood well cooked real food - impeccable table service and a beautiful old venue. If you're in town or within driving distance don't miss it. The gluten-free options were extensive and nothing was too much bother for them - an absolute joy that other restaurants could learn from.
Dietary restrictions: Plenty of Gluten free options and assistance.
Parking: Easy to park on the street outside.

Eagles Fish & Chips
46 High St, LlanfyllinBest chip shop between Aberdaron and Northampton and a delicious way to end a holiday. The fish was pretty good. The chips were outstanding, typical of a Welsh chippy but really extra nice and golden. A mini fish and chips option is also a really welcome thing.

Cain Valley Hotel
High St, LlanfyllinStayed here to visit a relative who lives in the town. It was ideally located for my needs. Nice friendly staff. Rooms are very old , in keeping with the building , which was very old with lots of history. Had a pleasant stay.
