The Albion, Albion House, Temple St, Llandrindod WellsOur group of 6 went in off the street without a booking. We were given a table straight away. All food was really good, pizza's an curry's. Service and price also very good. Shame about no alcohol though.

I am a support worker and I take the ladies I support here for lunch, and they are always very accommodating.
Always a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere too.
Vegetarian options: Lots of Vegetarian/Vegan Options.
Dietary restrictions: A lot of options for various dietary requirements, staff are very helpful also.
Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheelchair access, toilets are wheelchair accessible also.

The Bell Country Inn
Llanyre, Llandrindod WellsStopped overnight here on our trip home through Wales. Brilliant place. Great service and food was excellent. They even had bingo laid on if we wanted to join in. Comfortable well appointed rooms. Dined in for the evening meal which was great. Breakfast was also fantastic too, with great choices available. Thanks to all.

Fforest Fields, Hundred House, Llandrindod WellsI booked for 3 days and ended up staying for almost a week. There are fantastic long walks direct from the site which my dog and I enjoyed. Apart from one of the owners and his dogs, we didn’t see anyone out on the hills. The views were stunning. I also liked the paths around the site which were ideal for short dog walks before breakfast and bed - always good to be able to pop out for a quick walk and not need to wash muddy paws in February! The facilities are clean and well designed and the owners are helpful and friendly. Looking forward to returning soon.

Severn Arms Hotel
Penybont, Llandrindod WellsWent for Sunday lunch today with family and friends. It was THE best Sunday lunch we have had anywhere in a very very long time. We had lunch at 13:45pm and the meat was all still beautifully moist, all the veg was cooked to perfection and the Yorkshire’s were huge! Our friends were vegan and the option provided they said was absolutely stunning. For dessert we had the roulade, profiteroles and vegan brownie and again every one of them was superb. I would highly recommend The Severn to everyone.

Staff were very polite and welcoming, food was well cooked, the portions were of a good size and our order was ready exactly when they said it would be.
Can't fault it.

Fresh Fills
1 Spa Centre, Station Crescent, Llandrindod WellsA very warm welcome in a traditional cafe. Lovely food. Simple but well cooked and very tasty. There is something homely about ham, egg, chips and beans. Lovely Welsh brew tea in a tea pot with proper China cups and saucers. We had a lovely break on our long journey and will probably stop here on the way home too.

4 Park Cres, Llandrindod WellsBest kebab I've had all year. I had shish and kofte . Tender and lean. Perfectly cooked. Hard to fault. Even the pitta was fresh, not the cardboard most places do. Good salad too.5 star hygine rating and helpful staff.I will be back regularly now I've discovered this place.

All of the meat was cooked perfectly tender and was bursting with delicious spices; we felt like we were eating in an authentic curry house when we got home.The kebab starters were very tasty and a lot of thought had gone into the way they had been presented. This was our first time at this restaurant having moved to the area and the food of this restaurant tasted the same as more expensive restaurants you would find in London. The chef cooks the naan bread from scratch using a dough roller and oven right in front of you and you can taste the difference in how fresh it is.We would highly recommend this restaurant. We were surprised that the food was not more expensive due to the quality, preparation and thought that has gone into it. It is not very often you find a chef who makes his food from scratch using real fresh ingredients and where the food is perfectly cooked. A+
