Cosy warm pub and the staff are genuinely chatty and friendly. Food was so filling I could only manage 1 course. And came away with a lovely candle holder from the table that they were happy to haggle over in a convivial way. Well worth the trip

The food,the drink and staff was really good . The rooms was clean but needed upgrading. The only thing is the smell in the rooms!. They know about it because they keep the doors and windows open with unoccupied room. That was really the only negative part on staying there.Parking: Really good parking.

Always a pleasure to go to this cafe. Food great. atmosphere great. staff excellent and always helpful and polite. They have 2 cafes in town both are awesome Wat a vast difference from the pitchfork cafe in the same town which is not a welcoming cafe for disabled people with service dogs.

Great pub ,unbelievable service ,literally put a pint down and the bar staff were ready for the next !!our dogs Albert and Rodney have never been so well looked after, especially Rodney who's a young one the staff looked after him so well ,never been to a pub so friendly staff and locals welcomed us!special thanks to Wendy who drove us back to our digs and went way and beyond, we really appreciated it and finished off a fantastic visit to the white horse !cheers to all we meet made our visit very special X Matt, Sophie, Albert and Rondey xx

Absolutely beautiful Sunday lunch. Best value for money we've had. 9 different vegetables, plenty of meat, roast potatoes etc. Highly recommend ?. Had prawn cocktail and salmon starter, lamb roast. Friendly, efficient staff. Lush pub. Wish I could go every week.

Absolutely fantastic. We'd been on the road all day moving a horse, we were tired, hungry and grouchy. Walked in late in the evening, no booking and they accommodated us perfectly. Food was brilliant and the family that run the place are lovely! 100% couldn't recommend enough ?

Had pasta and tomato and macaroni but it wasn't cheesy and sauce watery, steak fab, everything else fab. Tho a lot of pasta dishes but not much meat variety, staff are lovely and attentive, service is very quick which is brilliant, quality of food is good just a little more variety would be nice for those who like chicken etc. would I go again, absolutely,help support the owners, support your local pub

Parking: Very few spaces on site, but there is street parking around. Disabled bay was taken up by a big SUV, no badge, I wish people would be more considerate

Everything is superb!! Food is amazing but above all, everyone is so friendly :)We have had takeaways here for years and always there's a service with a smile. There are lots of vegetarian options but there's also no problem in turning the meat meals into vegetarian meals. I like extra spice and again there's no problems with adding extra heat to the meals. Portions are also large and price is really good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Diolch Pawb!Vegetarian options: They can make meat dishes vegetarian if you ask.

Excellent! Welcoming hosts & nothing too much trouble. Food & service were amazing! Huge selection on the menu, large portions, excellent value for money, very friendly and welcoming staff, just loved everything about our experience here. We loved it so much, we came back again and it was just as good!! Highly recommend this place, especially the home cooked food.

Friendly service.Well-coordinated employees.Very hot and quite a lot of food per portion.The case itself is not beautiful but extremely practical.Reasonable prices for the food you get.I had chicken and lamb myself. Partner had all kinds of things. We were both satisfied with the preparation.
