17 College St, LampeterWe called into this lovely little cafe whilst out on a bike ride. What a hidden gem it is. We had two lovely sandwiches and a pot of tea for two. It was quality and excellent value for money. The staff were really friendly and welcoming ???♂️

Nehar Indian Takeaway
10 Bridge St, LampeterI recently visited Nehar Indian Takeaway while staying at Garth Newydd for a Welsh language course. The korma I had was delightful, with rich flavors and a generous portion. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and the naan bread was excellent. Shahzad provided friendly and welcoming service. I highly recommend Nehar and will definitely return next time I'm in Lampeter.

Conti's Cafe
5 Harford Square, LampeterConti's has been our favourite cafe since we moved to the area. It was a shame when it closed for a while - we waited patiently and it's open again! Really nice seating with a cool upstairs area, very good food, sundaes are amazing. Lots of treats in store. Highly recommend.

Town Hall Cafe Deli
Unit 2, Townhall, LampeterCoffee and desserts are great. We haven't tried the breakfast yet, but it looked very nice. The atmosphere we were in was very nice. Absolutely away from noise. You can have a sweet conversation with nice music in the background.

2 Bridge St, LampeterWe love the Mulberry Bush! It’s a fantastic shop and cafe, brimming with whole food goodness, health products and ingredients; and getting food here is always a treat! It’s so good, always delicious and full of goodness! Amazing salads!! Great choice! Smiley, happy, sincere & helpful staff. This place is a deep rooted part of the town, a little haven of goodness; and Lampeter is all the better for having it.

The Stables @ The Royal Oak Hotel
38 High St, LampeterA very welcoming pub with rooms. Very good value. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided in the room with a kettle. We had a smallish room at the back of the hotel, with a good shower. The pub offers some meals. No parking however we arrived on Saturday night and were able to park in the street until Monday morning. The clientele were noisy til closing time.

45 High St, LampeterReally nice little cafe, not very big and it wasn't the cheapest but the food was really good and different! The coffee and hot chocolate was great, also. And they allow dogs. Definitely visit again if we are in the area.Parking: Large Paid Parking just a short walk away (less than 5 mins walk)Dietary restrictions: Shop seemed very aware of dietary needs and offered a variety of options.

8 College St, LampeterThe food was delicious. The best I've eaten in a very long time. However, at the end of dinner, I first ordered a Grand Marnier coffee, I ended up getting a brandy coffee. I was truly disappointed!!!. I couldn't taste the brandy or the coffee as it was soooo sweet and the coffee had the colour of weak black tea. I had a couple of sips but gave up. When I complained and said a brandy coffee is an espresso with brandy. They didn't want to hear of it.
Not impressed with the service.

42 High St, LampeterWe go at least twice a week for brekkie or coffee and a snack. Always made to feel so welcome. It’s run by a lovely young husband and wife team that put their all into being friendly and cooking lovely food. Lots of regulars which says it all. Plus for us is they welcome dogs. Win win all round. Won’t go anywhere else.
Kid-friendliness: Lovely kids play area with toys and little chairs. Lovely
Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent wheelchair access. Level entrance, all tables of good height for us in wheelchairs to get knees under tables.

17 High St, LampeterAmazing food! Was actually recommended to go to the Chinese restaurant just down the road to this one, however that was shut when we went so we opted for this. It was the best decision ever! Food was 10/10, price is good, the young boy provided good customer service. This made out trip to wales/snowdon worth it!
