Croft Villa, The Grn, Llansteffan, CarmarthenLovely little cafe by the beach, sat outside with our dog and went inside to order. Stood waiting patiently and although I could see a man through the doorway into the kitchen, he did not look up. I coughed and moved about so he could see/hear me but nothing. Eventually a young girl came out to serve me. Ordered two toasties - cheese and ham, cheese and onion. Both tasty but very, very thin. A small slice of walnut cake and iced cake which were quite tasty but dry. Coffee was very nice. Very reasonably priced and wonderful location. Pleasant lady (think the owner) who chatted for a while.

Port Way, FerrysideThis is a lovely pub. It has all the elements you need for a successful pub... a lovely warm welcome, a great selection of drinks and a lovely friendly atmosphere. They have great bands come and play here. They have a huge heart for the local life boat and raise money for them. They really love their local community and it comes through in all that they do. It is a pub with passion. We have really enjoyed our visits here with our pizza van. We look forward to returning in June to do pizzas at the Garden Crawl to help raise money for the life boat. It is amazing. Would definitely recommend a visit. The whole village comes together to welcome visitors and offer a trail of activities and gardens to visit. It is heart warming to see and be part of

Ferry Cabin Cafe
FerrysideStayed in Ferryside and after a very wet walk called here for sunday lunch. It was quite busy, and hadn't booked, so we were unsure whether we'd get a seat. Luckily, it wasn't a problem. We both had beef dinner, I opted for the smaller size, which was plenty big enough. The food arrived quickly and was delicious, would definitely recommend and visit again.
