The Vaults is a lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere and brilliant, friendly, and professional staff. The food, particularly the sharing tapas menu and the fish and chips, is delicious and of high quality. While there were minor issues with the temperature and waiting times, the overall dining experience was very enjoyable.
