The Black Ox is a charming pub, ideal for a cosy meal after a visit to the Gwili heritage railway. It offers a delightful Sunday roast with generous portions of meat and a variety of vegetables. Guests have enjoyed Christmas meals with excellent starters, mains, and desserts, including turkey and trimmings and Baileys cheesecake, all beautifully presented. Although the pub feels a bit off the beaten track and could use some TLC, the staff are friendly and attentive, making visitors feel welcome.
