Costa Coffee is a pleasant unit with presentable counter and clean surroundings. The staff are polite, helpful, and provide excellent customer service. However, there are some issues with the disabled toilets, which were not cleaned and maintained. Despite this, the main service area is wheelchair accessible and situated on street level. Overall, it's a nice little unit that could be improved with some changes.
