Booked for a meal for my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary. Large party of 16. Seated upstairs. All set up and ready for us. Menu is not massive but a nice selection of meals. Steaks were great, Hunter Chicken was excellent and the Mix Grill Massive. No complaints from anyone and no one was hungry afterwards. Good selection of drinks at the bar. Staff were very warm and friendly and couldn't do enough to make our visit any better. If you are planning a meal/drink it's cash only. Considering I only live a mile and a half away I need to visit more often. Great place for a meal, a beer and a view you will remember.

Lovely cafe, food lovely and friendly staff. However very expensive. 4 breakfasts with a drink came to over £50 pounds which will make me hesitate at going back there again. Shame really

Breakfast roll and added free potato crochet better value than Greg's as greggs prices have shot up recently in my honest opinion and more in it egg ,bacon and potato triangles extra large bap real butter which was a nice change and a bute latte I'd come here again. Warm and welcoming

First time at the Church Inn!! Fabulous food! Really enjoyed every part of our experience!! We sat in a really lovely area close to the fire and the setting was perfect! The food was amazing and well presented! Ella, the waitress , was superb!! She’s a credit to the Church Inn!! Very helpful, very polite and always smiling!!! Great staff! Will definitely be going back ❤️

well we went to the cod father today, what an experience. I got to a seat and slid on the floor and fell into the chair. Hakan and the other guy thought it was funny which I found upsetting. We ordered our food and for some reason they put pepper on the eggs, didn't ask us though. My friend can't eat pepper so he sent it back then they returned with uncooked raw eggs on the plate. The laughing and the food did not impress us at all!! Someone falling IS NOT a laughing matter

Held our wedding reception here, from the start, Ed was awesome, very helpful professional and courteous throughout! Any issues he bent over backwards to help and resolve. A great venue and highly recommended will seize again thank you to all the staff for a memorable wedding reception

This is one of my favourite places lovely atmosphere friendly and helpful staff food is delicious would highly recommend the nut roast on this occasion I've only given two stars for the food but this was only due to them waiting for a food delivery so the available menu was very limited but the food we did have was well presented and definitely good value

Friendly service and quick service. Great value for money with the amount of food but a couple of things that stop me giving a 5* rating.- Some items need a bit more cooking especially the black pudding and bacon.- Bits of coffee granules floating in the coffee.- Get lots of bacon but hardly any beans.- Cutlery is uncomfortable to use (too thin).They are just some minor issues, didn't stop me enjoying my breakfast and at a reasonable price too. Cakes looked amazing, wish we took some away. Would come back if in the area again.

We stopped here for a coffee and cake. I had the coffee and walnut muffin and hubby had choc chip shortbread, washed down the two very tasty lattes. The food and coffee were outstanding and the ladies serving were so lovely. It's been a long time since we've had such a warm welcome! Highly recommend.
