However, the speed of service is not a priority, and customers may experience long waits without even being acknowledged or receiving an apology. Staff are typically friendly, but they may be overwhelmed with numerous tasks, leading to delays in service and tables not being cleared promptly. The food quality is mediocre, and it is often served only warm, despite tasting good. Drinks are not refillable and are all low sugar Pepsi products. The restaurant tends to attract large groups of noisy and boisterous children, and management allows this behaviour. Although the drive-through is popular and has minimal queues, the inside service can be slow. The restaurant provides time-limited free parking and wheelchair access with a power-assisted door and an accessible toilet. However, the tables are close together, making it challenging to navigate. While the drive-through and outdoor seating options offer a better experience, it is regrettable that the overall in-restaurant experience does not warrant a recommendation.
