Although the store could use a revamp as it looks tired in places, cleanliness is good. The drinks are very good, with options like strawberries+cream frappe, and the staff often go the extra mile to make customers' days. Despite pre-packaged food not being the best, the overall experience at Costa Coffee is enjoyable and worth recommending.
