We were looked after by Natalie, she was cheerful throughout our visit and nothing was too much to ask. She gave us time when we needed it to sort out what to eat and checking everything was ok all the time. A variety of drinks to cater for all our needs. Compliments to the chef(s) the food was delicious. Thank you everyone. We will return.

Farleigh Golf Club, Old Farleigh Rd, SelsdonWe hired a private dining room to host a birthday party. At the booking stage Josie was extremely helpful in facilitating all our requirements: we wanted to dress the room in the Gatsby era, we wanted a bar in the room, we wanted changing facilities for actors (murder mystery party) etc. A couple of days before the party we changed our seating requirements and they were very accommodating and patient in helping work out what alternative table configurations were possible. On the day during set up they helped provide extension leads and generally offered an excellent and friendly service. On the night the bar staff and waiting staff were great and certainly added to our enjoyment of the night. The three course dinner and cheese board were very good and much appreciated by all our guests. I would definitely ask them to arrange a future event and would recommend them without hesitation.

4A The Grn, WarlinghamThis is a much appreciated, friendly, reliable fish and chips take away. Great quality, good size fish including the usual cod, haddock, rock salmon, plus all kinds of smaller dishes such as fish cakes, cod roe, savaloys, sausages, gherkins, you name it. The chips are so good sometimes I buy a large portion to share. Staff are invariably cheerful and work quickly and efficiently, as they have to when it gets busy which it frequently does. Tip: avoid the queue: phone up and pickup, they will prepare your order in 15 minutes. Prices compare well with the local takeaways, and they also offer reduced prices for pensioners. NB: cash only!

412 Limpsfield Rd, WarlinghamWas over from the States visiting family and was dying for a traditional cream tea. It was absolutely delicious. Came with scones, clotted cream and jam, 3 different types of delicious finger sandwiches, cake, shortbread and fresh strawberries. Couldn’t finish it all. Jen (manager) was so attentive and made sure everything was to our liking. Her staff were very friendly.

Nice outside ares for eating etc. when weather is good. It was quiet when we visited, so lacked atmosphere. I am sure this is not the case when busier.

43-47 Godstone Rd, Warlingham, WhyteleafeQueue times are never too bad and there's a really good selection of Marks and Spencer products inside (fresh and cupboard items), as well as fresh bakery and coffee. It's a good size inside and lots of tills. Great for stocking up for a car journey.

Parking: About 7-8 spaces out front. Otherwise it’s sainsburys car park and a 5 minute walk

I think all fuel stations should have an express till for cash for fuel and 3 items or less? Some people in the queue have a basket of items and aren't even paying for fuel.
