Friendly speedy service. A varying selection of classic flavours and new concoctions. The usual offering of tubs and cones with less common options like pancakes, ice cream sandwiches and waffles.
Very reasonable potions, good prices and locally sourced and produced ingredients.
Well worth a visit and a detour if you are in the area.

Haslemere Rd, Brook, GodalmingDropped in to this lovely pub for lunch after a hike in the area today, and very glad we did! The staff and landlord were all extremely friendly and helpful. My wife and I had the Venison, bacon and mushroom pie from the 'specials' board and the Chicken Supreme with gnocchi in a tarragon and mushroom sauce. Both were delicious! My only disappointment was the fact that there was only one portion of the fantastic sticky toffee pudding left...which we obviously had! We loved that...but also enjoyed the fudge brownie. Thanks chef and the team. Although we live about 30 miles away, we're likely to be back! I imagine the barmaid will have perfected that shamrock on the Guinness by then too! ;-)

84 Wey Hill, HaslemereMy friend and I came to try out the new brunch menu and we both selected the Bao Bun dish. It was a delicious combination of soft sweet bun, savoury marinated pork and crispy apple fritter topped with sirachi mayo and coriander. Very satisfying indeed! We also ordered prawn crackers and their signature Thai iced tea (with condensed milk and tapioca pearls) for extra texture. Perfect as a filling lunch that lasted us until evening ? Will definitely be returning to try out the other options on the brunch menu! The staff were friendly and attentive too which made the atmosphere most welcoming ?

b/fast. Otherwise you spent 10 quid and still be very hungry. Gentleman serving food is nice and professional, but one spoon of beans, one small toast with eggs, 3 onion rings and 2 rushes of bit undercoocked bacon is not my coffee.

Shottermill Rd, HaslemereTop notch. Requested a quieter area as all guests (6) over 70 years. Seated in a perfect place in the lower bar. First time for Sunday roast which all guests had (either beef or pork). Universally agreed meal was first class and well presented. Attentive and efficient waiter/waitress service. Would definitely recommend and return.
Parking: Never had a problem parking here during the week or the Sunday we attended for lunch. Parking has recently been extended.

64 Wey Hill, HaslemereHad a delicious meal with a friend. The staff were friendly and atmosphere calm and smart. The food was excellent and they also do take-aways. Would strongly recommend it for anybody, including kids. They have a great meal deals. We ate in and enjoyed the Tuesday banqueting night deal.
Vegetarian options: There were plenty of clearly labelled vegetarian and gluten free options. The meat dishes we ate were fabulous.
