I generally hate eating out , but this place did great food, ( Sunday roast ) lovely staff and very nicely kept place .
Couldn’t fault anything , and certainly the Sunday roast was 5 star!

Stopped today off chance-really nice place. Friendly staff and great service. I had an egg salad and it was delicious. Fresh ingredients-a simple salad prepared with care. Coleslaw obviously home made ??
Btw this wasn’t on the menu but they were happy to make it for me.

We met a couple of friends here for lunch yesterday and were very impressed. We received a friendly greeting & the young lady who served us was super friendly & efficient.
We chose different meals & they were all delicious. Would certainly recommend this pub and look forward to returning.

Went there for a 60th birthday celebration... food was fresh and spicy and service was great. We knew up front it was "bring your own alcohol" which made it very reasonable price wise. The only reason I only gave 4 for atmosphere... was they could do with a few more customers .. so give it a

A proper lovley country pub. I had a fantastic meal - really hot and fresh.. Was super proud of the young blonde waitress who served us. She was left running the show on her own and dealing with two large parties. Would definitely go back!

Filled up my new Focus RS here with the finest V power for the first time shortly after picking it up. I tried to ask if the guy who served me if he liked the car but I don't think his English was very good. I won't be coming back because I live so far away but I also grabbed a cadburys chocolate bar (slightly bigger than the normal size) and it was very nice.
