Salt & Vinegar is a spotless restaurant with friendly owners who work quickly to prepare orders. The food is fantastic, crispy and light, perfectly cooked. Their fish and chip shop is the best in the area, offering a great alternative to other local options like Smiles. The staff are lovely and cook food fresh in front of customers. They cater to meat-eaters, but veggie options are made with Quorn, not vegetables. Cash only, but highly recommended for their consistently great, non-greasy food.
