The Wilford Bridge
Wilford Bridge Rd, Melton, WoodbridgeWe went for an evening meal and had a very lovely evening.
On the whole the food was very nice with special mention to the poke bowl and an exceptional cheese cake.
The atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff were very polite and accommodating. The toilets were also beautiful and definitely were a mention.
We went in the evening but there would have been seating outside in the daytime which looked very pleasant also.
Would recommend a visit.
Parking: There was plenty of onsite parking with more around the back.

1 Cumberland St, WoodbridgeVisited here for a late lunch and unlike other eateries in Woodbridge they serve food after 3pm on a Saturday afternoon!
The food was very nice with special mention to the barbecue ribs calamari and the stuffed vine leaves.
The staff were friendly and accommodating the only reason for the 4 stars and not the 5 was the lack of atmosphere due to being the only people there to begin with.
However this may be due to the fact most other places in the area were not serving food post 3pm, so locals don’t go out for food at this time on the weekend.
I would recommend a visit as the food was definitely worth it.
Parking: You will have to park in the local car park and walk there

Best pork belly either of us have ever had. We ended up going back twice more in the same week. Cannot recommend this gorgeous pub enough

26 New St, WoodbridgeI have moved to Woodbridge fairly recently and I thought it a good idea to pay The Old Mariner a first visit. The people behind the bar were very welcoming, and they serve a great selection of lager beers and ales. The garden is a very pleasant place to spend some time in. The pub is dog friendly too. All in all, a lovely pub and highly recommended.

I ordered chips and a side of veg, and they actually asked me what vegetables I’d like – a first for me! The food was perfectly cooked, with generous portions. The fish meal was spot on as well. The service was outstanding; the two bar staff who served us were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend!

It was decorated to perfection and exactly how I had imagined! Every single guest said the food was the best they had had at any wedding too. They made everyone feel welcome and communicated well with me from start to finish. The rolls are delicious and substantial and the roll doesn't fall apart when eating it. There is a selection of hot or cold drinks and other savouries as well as something for those with a sweet tooth.Meet up there for a coffee and snack with friends once every two weeks.Parking: There is a limited amount of roadside parking, but there is a large car park just across the road.Wheelchair accessibility: Access to the park is level and there are no steps into the cafe.

The menu is extensive and reasonably priced and the coffee is long, hot and strong. The staff were very friendly and the toasted sandwiches were amazing. We will definitely be going there again next time we are in Woodbridge.

Butley Orford Oysterage
Market Hill, Orford, WoodbridgeIt's all about the brilliant fresh produce! A fortuitous call to check directions meant that I grabbed what was probably the last table available for the lunch service. Others have mentioned the decor, but really with food this good I would be happy sitting on a camping chair and eating off my lap. What's more their affiliated shop is a 10 minute wallk away and I treated myself to a good bagfull of delicacies from Pinneys to take home.

Food..three of us had different mains and we all rated them very highly. Honest, quality food and cooking. The White Horse Inn had great reviews was two minutes away and there is a great selection on the menu. We had the roasted halibut and the duck, the mussels, the pork crackling and the Goats cheese as a starter. The menus was a nice change from standard Pub food and it was all excellent! Prices were very reasonabletoo.

(Although the cinema films do delay for new releases of other movies which is a pain.)
