Can’t fault Starbucks ever but does seem to be one of the most expensive Starbucks in Ipswich, staff are very lovely though and I love that they do study evenings for students and quizzes etc.

Ordered 2 cappuccinos to take away. When picked them up to noticed they were really light in weight. Mentioned that they both seemed to be more froth than coffee and asked for them to be redone. No apology and just dumped in front of me. What a miserable load of staff! McDonalds in future and half the price!!!!
