Caffè Nero is a lovely coffee shop with welcoming and happy staff. The atmosphere is good and there is a wide range of food and drinks to choose from, including the hazelnut ice coffee. The server is excellent, going out of their way to help customers, such as keeping change for a charity box. However, the location of the toilet, upstairs and locked, may be inconvenient.
