I absolutely love this place. Excellent food & drinks, fabulous staff & quick, efficient service, it's always clean and calm environment even when it's obviously busy, always a nice treat to have food & drink here.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian dishes to choose from.

Dietary restrictions: Many varieties of milk available.

Centre Cafe

Popped in here for a quick bite to eat for breakfast. Really nice place with plenty of seating, prices are really quite reasonable I thought. Lots of options for breakfast and the food came very quickly. Nice and hot and was very tasty. Staff were polite, not really got anything bad to say.

Parking: Park in car park at Aldi across the road.

Las Iguanas Center Parcs Elveden

We had a lovely time at Las Iguanas Elveden Forrest especially due to our lovely waitress Dharma who was very kind and helpful when it came to choosing dishes and checking on us to see if we needed anything. We wish her all the best !

Came in the other night and again for breakfast.
Served by Beth both times. Very friendly and attentive, excellent service.

Brandon Tandoori

The food was really good, we all said how much we enjoyed the flavours, service was good but the way the restaurant is set out to get someone's attention is hard if you wanted extra drinks. The table buttons not sure these worked. Not a bad night out if your looking for somewhere different.

Trawlers Catch Best Kebab

Had take-out (or is it take-away?) from here after we had to settle because our first choice for dinner was closed. This was not only a good substitute, but it deserves being a first choice as well...

Located down the street from what I consider the "city center", it's non-descript from the outside and in, but it's what's inside, at its core that matters. It's literally only a take-out place. You could eat in, but it's cramped and with the busy dinner rush you'd really be in the way. You could eat outside, but that's always a matter of preference.

What really matters is the service and food - they are friendly, they are helpful (to the uninitiated such as we were - my wife and son, and me) and the food was served hot, fresh, fast, and what I consider "American-sized" portions of which I really wasn't expecting.

I had their kebab - delicious, my wife enjoyed their fried burger - very unique, and my son had one of their wraps - no complaints at all. So much food we had left-overs we still need to work at.

From what I can tell - it looks like the locals are giving it enough love, I hope they continue to do so, it is well warranted.

Parking: Other than the street parking right out front or across the street, it can be an effort finding a place to park in this town. This place is far enough away from the public parking that it isn't worth using it. So, something to consider if you make a trip out here.

Little India Lakenheath

Third visit to little India tonight and it didn’t disappoint. Table booked for seven people, warm delicious food, good service and friendly towards the children in our party. Look forward to coming back soon.

Juice Bros

Cleanest and best food you’ll find on base. Smoothies and available bowls are top notch!

Recommend the naked bowl as well as the green monster for a smoothie.

Rising Star

Great little place, reasonable price to portion size ratio. Food is average to above, quite like it, keep going back there even though there are 2 other Chinese takeaways in Lakenheath. Friendly staff. Place seems fairly clean. Parking can be a problem, but, hey, it's a small village. Find the overall experience satisfactory.

Lakenheath Fish And Chips

Although my last order was wonderful, I must admit that tonight's fish supper was not that good. The fish and other things ordered were good but the large chips were appalling, totally inedible and had to be thrown away as they had been reheated and some so hard you could of hurt someone if you threw them at them. Needless to say, the bin got them all :( This is the first time I have known this to happen and as I love this chippy and would recommend them and have done for a few years, I am hopeful that they do not refry old chips again as they are going to loose faithful customers fast.

Green Box

The food was absolutely top quality. I has Katsu chicken curry and it was outstanding. The place you collect it from is really amazingly creepy. It seems to be the bar of a mostly disused hotel. I loved it.

High Lodge Café, Pantry & Food To Go

We visited Go Ape on a corporate day out, and asked the High Lodge Cafe team to sort us with hot food after our activities, in addition to hot and soft drinks during the afternoon. Nothing was too much trouble, including a couple of last minute changes. Super easy to communicate with, food was excellent, and many in our large group commented on how we would recommend them to others! Special thanks to Hazel and her team working that day :)

Sports Café at the Sports Plaza

Called in there late on the way back to our lodge, after being at the Sub-tropical Paradise, for a hot drink. Good service at the bar and we decided to drink them whilst watching a bit of the 2nd half of Liverpool v Bologna. We elected not to have the squirty cream topping.

Huck's

Fantastic service from Zac ?. The burgers we had were absolutely spot-on and would highly recommend the cauliflower wings ?. We were going to Rajinda Pradesh for an Indian meal but glad we ventured into Huck's.
