Loved that the food is authentic, the people running the show are also very helpful and nice.
We also had some chicken and beef biriyani, korlam, beef fry, dosa and all of that tasted great and the price is good too.

We were looking for a restaurant style lunch and found this nestled between the piemiester and the rotisserie eateries,you could just imagine the sea lapping at the edge of the terrace. The current manager and staff are top notch, the curry is quilty, vindaloo is perfection, price is 5quid cheaper than the next nearest takeaway, so why bother pay extra 5 quid. When you have the service and price and a great curry at Kashmir at chesterton. Here's to the next 30 years of a great curry from the staff, chief and manager
When they get something wrong. they soon sort it out, and make sure it dont happen again. Great take away. Top marks from me. If I didnt like the food or service i would of gone elsewhere, but i dont.Roll on next Saturday for my veg jalfrezi and my chicken vinaloo.

The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, cooked perfectly and flavourful, couldn't fault it if I tried.
Was worried about the prices at first, but you get more than your money's worth! The quality is fantastic and there was so much that most of us got to take some home (with takeout boxes provided).
The staff were super friendly and proactive in helping with anything. They were even able to pickup on hesitation with orders and offer modifications that might help.
The atmosphere is also quite nice. Very comfortable to sit in and feel free to laugh and joke. Not to forget, that everything was also very clean! Glad to see it.

We were greeted by two male members of staff who went out of their way to tell us about the tables, as some had reservations on etc. When the food arrived, there was no butter on my jacket potato, I was told they had none!. My daughters meal came with onion rings, there was one small one on the plate!!. My meal came to £14.79, to be served with a jacket potato with no butter, and to be told they didn't have the gravy that went with it, and to be offered normal gravy, which didn't arrive anyway, unfortunately is not good enough I'm afraid. I very much doubt that we will be visiting again. We had purposely gone there too, as my grandson wanted to go there. Very disappointing

The small waitress clearly had it in for him from the start, was stressed and decided to take her frustrations out on my 4 year old boy for being a 4 year old boy. He was playing alongside another little boy and we continued to be hounded with her repeatedly asking us to keep him seated even though he was seated and in our eyes being a child. We have been coming here for many years and support this family run business even throughout lockdown, however the waitresses attitude was uncalled for and she was completely unreasonable. Really disappointed.

Food is panini type things which can be warmed up and there are always tasty cakes. I take my elderly mum here and she likes it. Also the breakfast stuff if not sat under a heat lamp slowly drying out, they come to your table and you tell them what you want eg 17 bacon, 3 poached eggs, all the beans. They then bring it too you freshly cooked. Brilliant idea! While you wait there is fruit, toast, cereal fresh fruit juice, toast too help yourself too. Can't fault the place was delicious and didn't give me the shits

Marsh Parade, Newcastle-under-Lyme, NewcastleLegendary for all the right reasons, The Rigger still maintains its standing as Stoke's leading rock & metal venue to this day. Some nerd even modeled the place in LEGO. Not only does it host some of the best bands but it does so for remarkable value, typically offering at least three bands on the average Friday and Saturday night. No review would be complete without a mention of Go Go Juice, which is a must, if you don't want to remember much of your night the next morning.

Around 5 years ago (2019) it was sold to craft union and became essentially a sports bar. Well, as of now the place is under new management and seems to be slowly going back to the rock days of old (with rock nights on Saturdays). Hopefully the friar can become like what it once was! Staff/service are also good, and drink prices are great.

Bridge Street Ale House
31 Bridge St, Newcastle-under-Lyme, NewcastleUnbelievable little micro pub. Stocked to the brim with great beer, cider and rum. The quirky decor makes your experience even more unique.
This place has got everything spot on and I will definitely be returning soon. The Blue Monkey Cinder Toffee Stout is something to behold!

Amore Italian Restaurant & Cafe
5 Pepper St, Newcastle-under-Lyme, NewcastleJust wanna say i loved your food on saturday evening. Portion sizes were just about perfect, and what did it for me is Chef Francesco even had 10 minutes to chat. Such a lovely experience overall and will be coming here again. Loved it!

Mainwaring Arms
Whitmore Rd, Whitmore, Newcastle under LymeThe Mainwairing is amazing.
I've only ever eaten the Sunday dinner (veggie, cauli cheese instead of meat) and it's always been brilliant. All of the meal is delicious. The cask ales are always spot on. They have an enormous rum selection!
The staff are fantastic. The place is usually busy when I go, but you get a tab without asking, you get remembered and feel looked after without any fuss. Really professional vibe from all of the staff I've met.
The atmosphere is as cosy as it gets, real fires, real pub.
The place is the real deal.

The Rigger
Marsh Parade, Newcastle-under-Lyme, NewcastleLegendary for all the right reasons, The Rigger still maintains its standing as Stoke's leading rock & metal venue to this day. Some nerd even modeled the place in LEGO. Not only does it host some of the best bands but it does so for remarkable value, typically offering at least three bands on the average Friday and Saturday night. No review would be complete without a mention of Go Go Juice, which is a must, if you don't want to remember much of your night the next morning.

The food was incredible; each dish was delicious and plenty of each chosen dish to enjoy. The garlic mushrooms are just amazing! Lots on offer for main dishes, which were all enjoyable. Puddings were fab, I'm not a big fan of ginger but I would highly recommend the white chocolate and ginger cheesecake, it is to die for! The staff were efficient without being brash, polite and wonderful. Our child said it was amazing and has already requested a return visit.

The small waitress clearly had it in for him from the start, was stressed and decided to take her frustrations out on my 4 year old boy for being a 4 year old boy. He was playing alongside another little boy and we continued to be hounded with her repeatedly asking us to keep him seated even though he was seated and in our eyes being a child. We have been coming here for many years and support this family run business even throughout lockdown, however the waitresses attitude was uncalled for and she was completely unreasonable. Really disappointed.

Chicken with Fresh Chilli in Chongqing—When this dish was served, it smelt exquisite and tasted well. The chicken was crispy, and I expected it to be spicy, but it wasn’t up to my expectations. However, the downside of the dish was that it was too oily for me.
Har Go—a must-try. It was amazing, and I don’t remember putting it in my mouth and swallowing it. You only get 4 pieces per order, and I wish I had ordered more. That's the only reason I might go back to this place. I wish they had served it with some chilli oil or sauce, but I adjusted the oil on the earlier dish.
Salt & Pep Fried Squid—This dish didn’t live up to my expectations. The squid was crispy, but there wasn’t any flavour, and the quantity was reasonable. I wish they could have added some spices or sauce to it.
Chicken Udon—I would order it again if I went there, but I have tasted better ones before. The dish was reasonable, with plenty of noodles and a few pieces of chicken.
Ice Black Tea—We thought they would make it when we ordered it, but we got a bottled drink. I'm not sure whether it was worth it as I could have got it from a shop, but it tasted nice and sweet.
I sat on the 1st floor, and I'm not sure whether they have capacity downstairs, but there were only a few tables on this floor. I saw one family trying hotpot, and it might be on my list to try at this place.
Note that they only take cash.

Bloom 38, Ironmarket, Newcastle-under-LymeThis is a gorgeous Venue with so much to offer and I loved hosting an Event here. If you need an event space or you have a celebration coming up then then this is perfect if you live near Castle - I didn't try the food but I am aware they have bottomless brunch - I really loved the vibe and wish there was a Bloom closer to home as it would be my go to place ?

The HopWater Cellar

This is contributed to from the beverages stacked across the wall's shelves and labels of different beers overhead at the seating; counter is presented in line with this too. I had a refreshing bottle of cider and bought my dad one as a present too, served by highly approachable staff!

Garners Garden Centre
Cemetery Rd, Silverdale, Newcastle-under-Lyme, NewcastleSo helpful. We showed the lady the area of garden we needed to fill and said that we would like evergreens. She took us round the garden centre and showed us suitable plants. Will definitely go back as our garden looks great now.
