There is a very ‘homely’ feel as soon as you go in, I felt welcome. The food is great! I went for Mother’s Day, and my mother couldn’t fault the place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. “I’ll be back!”

Called in for a few beers and food. The new landlady gave us a warm welcome. Pleasant ambiance and lovely surroundings. Had 6 of the large selection of tapas absolutely delicious. Had the Joules Pale must say that it was fantastic. Wish we could have stayed for several more. We’ll be back.

Rooms: Great size, clean and comfortable. Lovely overhead shower. Clean towels. Hairdryer in the draw. Full-length mirror. Large TV.

Food and drinks: Great breakfast included in the price. Good variety. Good fresh coffee ☕

Second time here, and second time I've come away with amazing food. Brilliant.Vegetarian options: The usual fare - vegi burger, cheese and onion pasty, potato fritter.Kid-friendliness: Small portions of donner meat available, and kids' meals which I believe come with a lollipop!Parking: Just rock-up, park, then go again. It's on an incline, mind, so ensure your handbrake's playing the game.
