Lichfield Rd, Burntwood Green, BurntwoodFirst time coming for a meal at the star can say from start to finish was absolutely stunning . the pub is clean staff are incredibly polite and well dressed the food ..... well the food was stunning value for money was incredible for the quality of food who ever was on the grill on Sunday 26th Jan certainly knew exactly how to use it my steak was cooked to perfection without a doubt from start to finish ember inns you should be proud of you team here. they have done you proud but to the front of house kitchen and cleaning team thank you for an incredible visit we will be seeing you again very soon !

The new burger menu is most definitely the best burger you will ever have. Trust me.
Forget the corporate fast food joints, this is a local business that cares about their customers and provides a quality product at a great price that is ridiculously delicious and you will want to come back again and again.

Parkhill Fish Bar
17 Parkhill Rd, BurntwoodOne of the best chip shops in the area in my view. Always good sized portions and the chip are generally very tasty. You can also ring and collect your order which is great at busy times.
Parking: Parking out side the chip shop is available but it is limited at busy times. Tight spaces and on a slope. Also shared with all the other shops in that small area.

I would recommend to everyone! Normally the looks would lead to nasty but this was different it looked amazing presented and tasted so good it was mind blowing tasting this delicious food. My toddler hates food but she enjoyed everything that was ordered. I love this food!

Great food and a reliable service. The only criticism from me is the chips can sometimes be overcooked, but apart from that always great food & highly recommend the spicy burger.

The Nelson Inn
Coulter Ln, BurntwoodWe have only just started to use the Nelson again, but now it's the only place we book for family meals in Burntwood! The food is exceptional and we have always had excellent service even during peak times with large guest numbers! We had Christmas dinner here in December too which was delicious!

I instantly felt bad about the previous 1* I gave for the awkwardness with my wife. The taste outweighs the grief. Keep doing what you are doing. Switched from 1 > 5*
Food was great and I won’t say otherwise. But the service from the owner leaves a lot to be desired.
Rude, embarrassed my wife in front of customers over a pot of sauce she had paid for as part of the price of the meal. 2x mixed meat and chips one small one large 24 quid?!
We’ll use the one over the road don’t worry
