KFC Sheffield Arena - Broughton Lane offers nice gravy and decent fresh halal chicken. Unfortunately, they have stopped providing mayo sachets, and any other dips cost 40p each. The service has declined, but the restaurant still maintains a clean environment. Despite the hot weather and busy crowd, the customer service is generally good, with one staff member, Ashton, providing amazing service. While some customers found the chicken pieces to be small, the restaurant explained that they receive the chicken in large bags and can only cook what they get. Overall, the restaurant is a decent option for KFC fans.
