28-30 High St, Bawtry, DoncasterTrip out to see my best mate's sister n partner with his grandson who has cerebral palsy.
Pub is wheelchair friendly n dog friendly. Very comfortable n extremely polite n friendly bar staff.
And they had a right selection of draught beers. My mate n I had a couple of pints of draught mango cider - outstanding.
All in all a most enjoyable afternoon
Parking: In main street pay n display
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair front entrance and plenty of room in front bar. Step up to back bar though.

Bawtry's Bar & Brasserie
52 High St, Bawtry, DoncasterI can’t recommend this place enough and I simply can’t thank Josh and team enough for their help. Back in summer I booked for a December group birthday in, Josh was amazing explaining all the options we had, always on hand at the end of the phone during planning. On the day, absolutely everyone complimented the venue, the service and the amazing carvery! Overall the biggest compliment was about the food! Highly recommended - you won’t go wrong here, you’re in great hands.

20 High Street, Austerfield, DoncasterCan't say that we were over impressed. Nice enough place, but let down with the quality of the carvery. I'm left waiting at the carvery without so much as an apology for our wait.
Veg wasn't very inviting carrots cabbage mash. Had to wait for cauliflower cheese.
Nice enough place. Grill prices look OK, and we have said we would go back to try.

It is 10 miles away from us but worth the journey. We will be talking about their fabulous filet steaks for months to come.

Scaftworth, DoncasterLovely Sunday lunch today, served by Jamie who was really helpful. Always had a fab Sunday lunch there, the only disappointment today was the stuffing is usually really good quality sausage meat- and well worth the price. Today wasn’t made of meat at all and felt a hefty price.
