The building was lovely, modern and clean but the staff were climbing all over each other to serve customers and put together takeaway orders, which seemed to be taking priority. Customer service was terrible, service with a smile, there wasn't. My sandwich was falling apart, dry and nothing like the normal taste sensation at my local subway. Placed an order and although it arrived faster than the estimated delivery time, that was down to the fact that my items were missing. Opened the boxes and I received a footlong in a sandwich where I only ordered 6 inch (not that thats something to complain about) but then the sandwiches that were correct were freezing. Came here earlier on today and the food was sublime, was also served by a really nice man forgot his name but believe he was the manager. Would come back just for the customer service alone!
