Had a lovely meal in a proper cosy pub with an open fire. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the food was amazing. This was my first time here but definitely not my last. I would highly recommend.

The Half Moon Inn

8 of us turned up, at lunchtime, unannounced and had a pint and ordered baguettes. We were warmly welcomed. As there were so many of us it took a while for the food to arrive but when it did it was very good. The baguettes were full and accompanied by crisps of your choice and the usual small salad. The beer was also very acceptable. The decor needs attention but we will return, well worth a visit.

Excellent menu that also caters to vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets. Spacious seating area. I can recommend the pie of the day Excellent table service and friendly staff.
