We called in for lunch as we were in the area.
We were greeted by a really friendly member of staff.
The pub is very clean with a traditional decor.
The most striking thing about our visit was the food. My wife and I both ordered the Steak and Ale Pie, which was simply amazing!!!!
The chef came out to ask how the food was. When I told him the pie was probably the best I’d ever had, he smirked and gave a knowing look and said “it’s cooked with love”!
The pie lid was crisp and light. The steak was so tender with a great after taste of ale.

White Horse Inn
The Causeway, Mark, AbbotsWe visited for dinner this evening and had the best time.The food was lovely and really well priced. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they even offered to wrap up my leftovers to take home without me having to ask.The White Horse Inn has such a lovely atmosphere and it feels like you are among friends. I would definitely recommend a visit
