High St, Congresbury, BristolStopped here for our evening meal en route to Bristol Airport. Made to feel very welcome despite not booking in advance. Busy with locals but landlord found us a nice table and we had a lovely meal. Burger and chips , and chicken and leek pie. Very tasty. Proper 'good' pub grub. Highly recommended! Very friendly, proper pub. Great !

Rhodyate Hill, Congresbury, BristolFinally, a carvery that doesn't taste like things were made the day before and is more like freshly out the oven and carved. Sublime, drink choices are amazing and the staff are delightful.
