Caffè Nero has a few staff members who stand out for their excellent service. On one visit, a server demonstrated lots of energy, great humour, and made coffee quickly, creating a very good vibe. Unfortunately, on other days, the staff seems overworked, with some employees mentioning 12-hour shifts with no breaks, which may be illegal. The coffee quality remains good. However, the restaurant often struggles with understaffing, leaving servers overwhelmed and causing issues with table clearing and toilet maintenance.
