Wern, Weston Rhyn, OswestryBeen a few times now to the Butchers arms . Had a lovely Sunday lunch in the bar as the restaurant was fully booked. We chose the beef as its always lovely and chocolate fudge cake with ice cream wow what more can I say absolutely amazing ?. Looking forward to our next visit.

The Last Inn
Hengoed, OswestrySecond time eating here, stayed over in the campervan. I had the lamb and mash with chives, it came with gravy,peas and perfectly cooked tenderstem broccoli. Nice portion size and so tasty, would definitely recommend. My wife had fish, chips and mushy peas with tartar sauce, crispy batter and real homemade chips, she really enjoyed it.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, can't do enough to help, makes a big difference to your enjoyment of a meal.
Just good quality well cooked and presented pub food, we'll definitely be back for more in the future.
